제1도는 2P 법에 의해서 디스크 기판을 복제하는 일련의 공정을 설명하기 위한 개략적인 평면도이다. 제2도 내지 제11도는 실시예에서 사용한 전사 장치를 각각 도시하는데, 제2도는 분해 사시도, 제3도는 평면도.
Claims (5)
- 디스크 기판상에 자외선 경화형 수지를 도포하는 도포 수단과, 정보 신호에 기준하는 오목 볼록한 패턴이 설치된 스템퍼를 유지하는 유지 수단과, 상기 자외선 경화형 수지가 도포된 상기 디스크 기판을 상기 스템퍼에 밀착시키는 밀착 수단과, 상기 스템퍼를 항온 상태로 유지하는 항온 유지 수단을 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전사 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 항온 유지 수단은 상기 유지 수단에 설치되며, 상기 도포 수단에 의해 도포된 상기 디스크 기판상의 자외선 경화형 수지는 상기 항온 유지 수단에 의해서 사이 스탬퍼의 오목 볼록한 패턴을 전사하는 것에 적합한 점도로 유지되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 전사 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 항온 유지 수단은, 온수를 순환시키는 순환 기구인 것을 특징으로 하는 전사 장치.
- 디스크 기판상에 도포된 자외선 경화형 수지에 스템퍼의 오목 볼록한 패턴을 전사함에 있어서, 상기 스템퍼를 항온 상태로 유지해서 자외선 경화형 수지가 도포된 디스크 기판을 압착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전사 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 스템퍼는 상기 자외선 경화형 수지가 상기 스템퍼의 오목 볼록한 패턴을 자외선 경화형 수지에 전사하는 것에 적합한 점도로 되는 항온 상태로 유지되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전사 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
