Claims (7)

  1. -벽내의 다수의 상대적으로 작은 개구부가 언급한 액체와 통하여 관내의 수준이 용기내와 같아지는 수직관; -횡단면이 너무 커서 마이크로웨이브신호를 통과하게 하고 언급된 관을 통해 편광된 마이크로웨이브신호를 공급하는 발신기; -반사된 마이크로웨이브신호의 반사위치를 결정하도록 배열된 전자유니트;를 구성하면서 -상호 각 선호적으로 90°를 형성하는 제1과 제2편광면내의 발신기에서 나온마이크로웨이브신호를 선택적으로 편광시키도록 배열된 편광수단(6, 7); -제2편광평면보다 제1평면내의 마이크로웨이브신호의 반사를 본질적으로 강하게 하는 관(1)내에 배열된 최소한 하나의 반사리액턴스(1);로 특징지워지는 용기내의 액체 즉, 변량이나 입자성물질, 선호적으로 과압하에서 응축되는 가스의 수준을 측정하는 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 발신기는 한 방식전과 전호적으로 방식의 원형도파관(5)을 구성하는 특징이 있는 장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 편광수단은 도파관의 대칭축에 본질적으로 평행한 평면으로 배열된 선호적으로 도파관의 직경을 횡으로 채우는 중합체같은 유전체 물질의 평면판(7)으로 본질적으로 구성되고 판은 선호적으로 두 위치내의 평면관 (7)으로 본질적으로 구성되고 판은 선호적으로 두 위치내의 판의 평면이 45°를 형성하도록 두 위치사이에 선택적으로 도파관의 대칭축에 관해 회전하도록 배열되는 특징이 있는 장치.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 편광수단은 도파관의 대칭축에 본질적으로 평행하게 놓인 도파관의 직경을 횡으로 채우지 않는 최소한 하나의 평면금속판으로 구성되고 금속판은 선호적으로 두위치내의 금속판의 평면이 45°를 형성하도록 두 위치사이에 선택적으로 도파관의 대칭축에 관해 회전하도록 배열된 특징이 있는 장치.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 편광수단은 횡단면이 타원형인 도파관(3A)의 부분이며 도파관 부분은 선호적으로 두 위치내의 도파관 부분의 세로대칭평면이 45°를 형성하도록 두 위치사이에 선택적으로 대칭축에 관해 회전하도록 배열되는 특징이 있는 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 언급한 리액턴스는 관(1)의 세로축에 수직으로 세로방향으로 배열된 선호적으로 관(1)을 통해 직경상으로 뻗어가는 상대적으로 얇은 금속핀(10)으로 형성되는 특징이 있는 장치.
  7. 제1항에서 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 리액턴스는 관의 벽내의 구멍(11) 선호적으로 관(1)의 세로축에 수직으로 세로방향으로 형성되는 특징이 있는 장치.
