Claims (25)
- (A)테트라플루오로메틸렌 및 -CF2W기로 종결된 관능-기-함유 단량체의 공중합된 단위들로 구성된, 관능화되고 불소화된 공중합체 0.001-1중량%를 함유하는 중합체 수지로 구성되는 조성물을 압출 다이를 통해 압출시키되, 여기서 W는 -SO2F, -SO2Cl, -SO3M, -COOR 및 -COOM으로부터 선택되는데, R은 C1-3알킬 라디칼이고 M은 H, 금속 양이온 또는 암모늄 또는 4차 암모늄 양이온이다; 이어서 (B) 어렵게-용융-가공성 중합체 및 적어도 1:2의 불소 대 탄소 비율을 가즌 플루오로중합체 가공조제 0.001-1중량%로 구성되는 조성물을 단계(A)의 압출 다이를 통해 압출시키는 것으로 구성되는 압출 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(A)가 적어도 5분동안 수행되고, 상기 가공조제가 적어도 1:1.5의 불소 대 탄소비를 갖는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(B)의 조성물이 무기 충진제를 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(B)의 어렵게-용융-가공성 중합체가 폴리올레핀인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이, R1이 H 또는 알킬인 식 R1CH=CH2의 하나 이상의 올레핀의 단중합체 또는 공중합체인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 알킬이 C1-8인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 고 밀도 폴리에틸렌인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 저 밀도 폴리에틸렌인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 선형 저 밀도 폴리렌틸렌인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 에틸렌 및 프로필렌의 중합체 및, 임의로 비(非)-공역 디엔 단량체의 반복 단위들로 구성되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플루오로중합체 가공조제의 양이, 어렵게-용융-가공성 중합체의 중량을 기준으로, 0.01-0.5중량%인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플루오로중합체 가공조제가 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플루오로중합체 가공조제가, 15-80메가래드의 전리선으로 조사된 폴리테트라플루오로 에틸렌인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플루오로중합체 가공조제가, 비닐리덴 플루오라이드, 헥사플루오로프로필렌, 클로로트 리플루오로에틸렌, 테트라플루오로에틸렌 및 퍼플루오로(알킬 비닐 에테르)의 군으로부터 선택된 단량체들의 공중합체인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플루오로중합체 가공조제가, 비닐리덴 플루오로라이드와 헥사 플루오로프로필렌 및 클로로트리플루오로에틸렌으로 부터 선택된 단량체의 공중합체; 비닐리덴 플루오라이드, 테트라플루오로에틸렌 및 헥사플루오로프로필렌의 공중합체; 테트라플루오로에틸렌 및 프로필렌 및 임의로 비닐리덴 플루오로라이드의 공중합체; 테트라플루오로에틸렌과 헥사플루오로프로필렌의 공중합체; 또는 테트라플루오로에틸렌과 퍼플루오로(메틸 비닐 에테르)의 공중합체인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 관능-기-함유 단량체가 퍼플루오로(알킬 비닐 에테르)의 공중합체인 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, M이 알칼리 금속 양이온인 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, M이 H인 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 관능-기-함유 단량체가 0.5-40몰%의 관능화되고 불소화된 공중합체로 구성되는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 관능-기-함유 퍼플루오르(알킬 비닐 에테르)가 하기 구조를 갖는 펜단트 측쇄를 갖는 방법:상기식에서, Z는 -F 또는 CF3이고, m은 0-3이며, n은 1-5이고, W는 -SO2F, -SO2Cl, -Sl3H, -SO3M, -COOR, -COOH 또는 -COOM인데, 여기서 R은 C1-3알킬이고 M은 금속 양이온 또는 암모늄 또는 4차 암모늄 양이온이다.
- 제20항에 있어서, W가 -SO3H인 방법.
