Claims (10)
- 다공성 유리의 공극에 Cd+2, Zn+2, Pb+2, Cu+2, Ga+3, In+3, 및 Ti+4로 이루어지는 군으로 부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 양이온 및 S-2, Se-2, O-2,I-2, P-3, Sb-3및 As-3으로 이루어지는 군으로 부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 음이온으로 이루어지는 반도체 물질 및 폴리머를 함유하는, 다공성 유리를 주성분으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반도체가 CdS, CdSe, ZnS, ZnSe ,PbS, PbSe, PbI2, CuS, CuSe, TiO2, In2O3, Ga2S3,, In2S3, Ga2Se3, Cd3As2, Pb3P2, Zn3P2, Cd3P2,Pb3As2, Zn3As2및 In2Se3, Ga2Se3, In2S3, In2Se3및 이들 모두의 인화물 및 비소화물로 이루어지는 군으로 부터 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머가 메타클리레이트 에스테르, 아크릴레이트 에스테르, 스티렌, 비닐 아세테이트, 아크릴로니트릴, 메타크릴로니트릴, 식 CH2=C(X2) 의 비닐리덴 할라이드 (여기서, X는 각각 CI 또는 F임), 식 CH=C(R)C(R)=CH2의 치환 부타디엔(여기서, R은 각각 독립적으로 C1-C10알킬, CI 또는 F임), 식 CH2=CHCON(R2)의 아크릴아미드 유도체(여기서, R은 각각 독립적으로 H 또는 C1-C10알킬임.) 식 CH2=C(CH3)CON(R2)의 메타크릴아미드 유도체 (여기서, R 은 각각 독립적으로 H 또는 C1-C10알킬임)으로 이루어지는 군으로 부터 선택되는 1종이상의 모노머로 부터 제조되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리가 SiO2 ,GeO2, TiO2, Y2C3, ZrO2, SiO2-B2O2, SiO2-B2O2-Na20, SiO2- Na2O , SiO2- K2O, SiO2- Al2O3, SiO2- GeO2, SiO2- TiO2, SiO2- Y2O2, Al2O3-GeO2, Al2O2- ZrO2, TiO2-ZrO2, ZrO2- SiO2및 PbO -La2O3-ZrO2-TiO2로 이루이지는 군으로 부터 ,선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제4항에 있어서, 바람직한 유리는 SiO2인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 바람직한 모노머는 메타크릴레이트 에스테르 및 스티렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제6항에 있어서, 바람직한 모노머는 메틸 메타크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유리중의 양이온 농도가 약 0.01내지 약 20중량%임을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 농도가 약 0.1내지 약 5중량%임을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항에 기재한 제품 및 간섭성 전자기방사선원(電磁氣放射線源)으로 이루어지는, 3차 비선형 광학 효과를 일으키는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
