Claims (5)
- 염소함유 살균제로 처리한 식품을 유기한 알칼리 금속염 수용액과 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는 식품의 처리 방법.
- 염소함유 살균제로 식품을 처리하는 공정과 그 염소함유 살균제로 처리된 식품을 유기산 알칼리 금속염수용액으로 처리하는 공정으로 이루어지는 식품의 처리방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 염소함유 살균제가 차아염소산 나트륨인 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 유기산 알칼리 금속염이 옥시카르복실산염 또는 아미노카르복실산염인 방법.
- 염소함유 살균제와 유기산 알칼리 금속염으로 된 식품처리제.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
