Claims (5)

  1. 염소함유 살균제로 처리한 식품을 유기한 알칼리 금속염 수용액과 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는 식품의 처리 방법.
  2. 염소함유 살균제로 식품을 처리하는 공정과 그 염소함유 살균제로 처리된 식품을 유기산 알칼리 금속염수용액으로 처리하는 공정으로 이루어지는 식품의 처리방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 염소함유 살균제가 차아염소산 나트륨인 방법.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 유기산 알칼리 금속염이 옥시카르복실산염 또는 아미노카르복실산염인 방법.
  5. 염소함유 살균제와 유기산 알칼리 금속염으로 된 식품처리제.
