피 검출물의 양부 판정 방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 관한 피검출물의 양부판정방법을 설명하기 위한 구성도.
제2도는 양품군과 불량품군과의 사이의 마하라노비스의 범거리(Mahalanobis'generalized distance)를 표시한 설명도.
제3도는 복수의 특징량(特徵量)간에 있어서의 마하라노비스의 범거리를 표시한 설명도.

Claims (1)

  1. 촬상장치로부터의 화상정보를 화상 2치화수단에 의해 2치화하고, 이 2치화상에 대한 형상특징량을 형상특징량계산수단으로 계산해서, 얻어진 데이터로부터 피검출물의 양품과 불량품을 판별함에 있어서, 연산처리수단이 복수의 특징량의 산출데이터에 대해서 양품군과 불량품군과의 2집합간의 마하라노비스의 범거리를 각각 구하고, 이 범거리가 큰 특징량을 우선적으로 채용해서 양품과 불량품과의 판별을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피검출물의 양부판정방법.
