Claims (6)
- 핸드피이스 및 핸드피이스의 가장 가까운 단부에 부과된 접속 케이블과 향상된 작은 직경의 프로브를 갖는 외과용 내시경에 있어서, 원형의 단면을 갖는 단단한 관모양의 측벽과, 상기 측벽내의 세로로 연장되는 제1세트의 광섬유를 포함하는 조명 가이드와, 상기 측벽내에 세로로 연장되는 제2세트의 광섬유를 포함하는 이미지 가이드와, 상기 측벽내에 세로로 연장되는 제3세트의 광섬유를 포함하는 광레이저 가이드를 구비하는데, 상기 조명 가이드, 상기 이미지 가이드 및 상기 레이저 가이드는 실질상 상기 프로브의 상기 관모양의 측벽내에 단지 기능적 구성 요소로 구성되고, 상기 제1세트, 제2세트 및 제3세트의 광섬유는 원형의 외부 직경을 갖는 결합된 세트의 광섬유를 구성하고, 상기 원형의 외부 직경은 상기 관 모양의 측벽 내부 직경과 실질상 동일하며, 상기 이미지 가이드 및 상기 광레이저 가이드는 상기 단단한 프로브의 말단부에 실질상 동일 평면으로 종결되고, 상기 조명대를 통하여 인가된 광은 상기 이미지 가이드를 통하여 관찰될 수 있고 동시에 상기 레이저 가이드를 통하여 레이저 에너지를 적용할 수 있는 상기 단단한 프로브의 말단부에 이미지를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과용 내시경.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광레이저 가이드는 모노필라멘트 레이저 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 외과용 내시경.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 결합된 세트의 광섬유는 대략 800미크론보다 적은 외부 직경을 갖고, 상기 이미지 가이드는 원형의 단면이고 대략 250미크론의 외부 직경을 가지며, 상기 레이저 가이드는 대략250미크론의 외부 직경을 갖는 클래딩을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과용 내시경.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이미지 가이드의 말단부에 접착되어 대략 1밀리 미터로부터 무한대간의 시계범위의 깊이를 제공하는 대물 렌즈를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과용 내시경.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이미지 가이드의 말단부에 접착되어 대략 1밀리 미터로부터 무한대간의 시계범위의 깊이를 제공하는 대물 렌즈를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과용 내시경.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 이미지 가이드의 말단부에 접착되어 대략 1밀리미터로부터 무한대간의 시계범위의 깊이를 제공하는 대물 렌즈를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과용 내시경.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
