Claims (5)

  1. 바실러스 투린기엔시스를 배지 중에서 배양하고, 배양액의 독소 단백을 침강시켜, 그 침강된 독소 단백을 함유하는 분리 하층액을 건조하는 것을 포함하는 미생물 살충제제의 제조방법에 있어서, 다음의 (a), (b) 그리고 (c)의 공정 중에서 적어도 하나의 공정을 포함하는 제조방법, (a) 질소원의 적어도 일종으로서 돈육 분말을 함유하는 배지 중에서 배양을 행하는 공정, (b) 그 균의 배양 종료 후의 배양액의 pH를 2~4로 조정하고, 독소 단백을 침강시키는 공정, 그리고 (c) 그 침강 독소 단백을 함유하는 배양액 하층을 분취하고, 이것에 이산화규소 분말을 첨가하여 얻어지는 혼합물로 분무 건조하는 공정.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 돈육 분말이 배지 성분의 총중량의 2~10중량%의 비율로 함유되는 제조방법.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 이산화규소 분말의 평균 입경이 6-8㎛인 제조방법.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 이산화규소 분말이 침강 독소 단백 함유액의 2~6중량%의 비율로 첨가되는 제조방법.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, (a), (b) 그리고 (c)의 공정의 모든 것을 함유하는 제조방법.
    표 5의 결과로부터 이산화규소 분말인 카프렉스 #80을 사용하는 것에 의해 유동성이 개선되어, 분말의 회수율이 증가하는 것을 알 수 있다.
    본 발명에 의하면, 바실러스 투린기엔시스의 독소 단백을 함유하는 살충제제의 제조에 있어서, 균체의 증식이 촉진되어, 또한 독소 단백의 생산량이 높아지고, 그래서 번잡한 조작을 행하는 일이 없이 배양액을 처리하여 독소단백 함유액을 단시간에 건조시키는 것이 가능하게 된다. 이와 같이 미생물 살충제제가 효과적으로 제조되기 때문에 그 제제를 염가로 제공하는 것이 가능하게 된다.
