액상플라스틱 원료에 입자크기가 대략 0.5~25㎜인 천연종석을 혼합하여 이 혼합된 원료를 진공 상태하에서 기포를 제거하고 함침하는 단계와, 상기 원료를 대략 60~150℃ 정도의 온도로 5~20분간 경화하거나 또는 상온에서 경화한 후 냉각시켜 평판으로 성형하는 단계와, 상기와 같이하여 성형된 평판을 두께 2.5~10㎜정도로 연마처리하여 적절한 크기로 절단한 후에 광택용마감제로 코팅하는 단계로 이루어지는 천연종석타일의 제조방법.Mixing natural calcite having a particle size of about 0.5 to 25 mm to a liquid plastic raw material to remove bubbles and impregnating the mixed raw material under vacuum; Curing for a minute or curing at room temperature and then cooling to form a flat plate, and grinding the formed flat plate as described above to a thickness of about 2.5 to 10 mm and cutting it into an appropriate size, followed by coating with a gloss finisher.
