Abstract

본 발명은 기포경화체에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 기포발생체로서 수용성 합성수지인 PVA에 물을 가해 기포를 조성한후 급결 조강제로서 붕사 및 규산소다를 첨가하여 기포는 그대로 유지된체 기포막이 경화된 기포경화체를 제조함으로서 경량인 PC판넬, 샌드위치판넬, 벽돌, 블록, 단열재등의 토목 건축자재를 생산하는 원료로 사용되게 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a bubble hardening body, and more specifically, bubbles are formed by adding water to PVA, a water-soluble synthetic resin, as a bubble generator, and then adding borax and sodium silicate as a quickening adjuvant to cure a bubble film in which a bubble is maintained as it is. 본 발명은 기포발생제로서 발생시킨 기포의 격막을 급결제와 조강제인 붕사 및 규산소다로서 경화시킨 기포경화체를 제조하여 각종 무기물을 배합 성형하는 토건자재의 원료로 사용되게한 것이다. 이하 발명의 요지를 그 실시예에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다. 기포발생제로서 수용성 합성수지인 PVA에 물을 3 : 1의 비율로 섞어서 통상의 방법으로 제1도(a)와 같이 기포(1)(1') 및 연질격막(2)이 형성되게 된다. 이때 급결재 및 조강제로서 붕사 및 규산소다를 중량비로 약 3% 가량 첨가 혼합하면 중성인 연질격막(2)이 강알카리인 급결제 및 조강제와 반응하여 순간적으로 경질격막(3)으로 변화됨으로서 기포(1)(1')가 그대로 유지된 기포경화체(4)가 제조되는 것이다.The present invention is to prepare a bubble cured body of the foamed diaphragm generated as a foaming agent with a fastener and borax and sodium silicate to be used as a raw material for construction materials for mixing and molding various inorganic materials.
