Claims (6)
- 반응이 특정정도로까지 진행되는 경우에 상전이가 일어나는 2개이상의 반응지대중에서 그라프팅 염기로서 예비성형되었으며 용해된 폴리부타디엔, 사용된 용매로서 특히 에틸벤젠 및 최소한 때때로 단량체들이 존재하에서 단량 체형 스티렌 및 아크릴로니트릴 또는 그의 균등물을 자유라디칼 중합시킴으로써 내충격성 폴리스티렌(ABS)을 연속적 제조하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 제1반응지대가 최소한 이중으로 존재하며 각 경우에서 고반된 케틀의 형태로 존재하고, 어느 한교반케틀을 다른 교반케틀과 교대로 작동하거나, 또는 다른 교반캐틀은 상전이가 완료될때까지 또는 개시제가 소모될때까지 반응혼합물이 중합되도록 하는 방식으로 작동되고, 그리고 이어서 특정 케틀함유물을 튜브 반응기 형태의 또다른 반응지대에 연속식으로 공급됨을 특징으로 하는 내충격성 폴리스티렌(ABS)을 연속식 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1반응지대에서의 체류시간이 0.5 내지 10시간임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1반응지대에서의 체류시간 대 제2또는 임의의 또다른 반응지대에서의 체류시간이 1 : 0.5 내지 1 : 5임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 교반케틀중에서의 전환이 단량체의 소모가 최소한 고무의 중량에 상응하게 될 때까지 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 교반케틀중에서의 반응이 3차-부틸 퍼옥시화합물에 의해 90℃이하에서 개시됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 교반 케틀중에서의 반응이 실질적으로 조절제를 부가함이 없이 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
