Claims (5)
- 적어도 2.8kg/cm2의 압력을 갖는 고압 공기원으로 작동되며, 고압 공기를 공급하는 호스를 포함하고, 분무될 액체를 액체원으로부터 수용하는 고용량 저압 공기 분무 스프레이 건에 있어서, 상기 공기 호스에의 부착을 위한 부착된 공기 입구 수단을 갖는 하우징과, 액체를 분무하기 위해 상기 하위징에 부착된 공기 및 유체 노즐수단과, 상기 공기 입구를 상기 노즐 수단에 연결하는 하우징내의 통로와, 상기 고압 공기의 압력을 0.7kg/cm2보다 크지 않은 예정된 저압으로 가하시키기 위해 상기 통로내에 위치되며, 상기 고압 공기의 압력이 변하는 동안과 상기 노즐 수단을 통한 공기 흐름량이 변하는 동안에 예정된 저압을 유지하는 압력 보상 제어 밸브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고용량저압 공기 분무 스프레이 건.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스프레이 건은 상기 노즐 수단으로의 팬 공기의 흐르믈 제어하기 위해 상기 노즐 수단과 상기 제어 밸브 사이에 팬 공기 조정 밸브 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고용량 저압 공기 분무 스프레이 건.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어 밸브는 상기 예정된 저압을 0과 0.7kg/cm2사이에 셋팅하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고용량 저압 공기 분무 스프레이 건.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제어 밸브는 고압 공기 챔버와 저압 공기 챔버 사이에 위치된 테이퍼진 밸브 시트와, 상기 고압 고기 챔버내에 위치되고, 상기 밸브 시트를 통해 상기 저압 공기 챔버내로 연장되는 단부를 갖는 테이퍼진 밸브 니들과, 상기 고압 공기 챔버내에 위치되고, 상기 고압 공기와 함께 상기 밸브 니들을 상기 밸브 시트와 맞물리게 하는 니들 편향 스프링과, 상기 저압 공기 챔버를 주위 공기 챔버로부터 분리시키는 다이어프램과, 상기 밸브 니들과 맞닿도록 저압 공기 챔버내의 다이어프램에 부착된 플런저와, 공기가 상기 고압 공기 챔버로부터 상기 밸브 니들과 상기 밸브 시트 사이를 통해서 상기 노즐 수단으로 흐르게 하기 위해 상기 다이어프램과 플런저가 상기 밸브 니들을 시트로부터 멀리 밀도록 가압하기 위해 주위 공기 챔버내에 장착된 압력 제어 스프링을 포함하며, 고압 공기가 상기 밸브 니들과 상기 밸브 시트사이로 흐를 때 상기 고압 공기의 압력은 상기 예정 저압으로 강하되고, 예정된 저압은 상기 노즐 수단에서 예정된 저압을 유지하기 위해 상기 제어 밸브를 통하는 공기 흐름을 변화시키기 위해 상기 다이어프램상에 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고용량 저압 공기 분무 스프레이 건.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 예정된 저압을 0과 0.7kg/cm2사이에 셋팅하는 수단을 상기 압력 제어 스프링에 의해 상기 다이어프램상에 발휘되는 압력을 조정하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고용량 저압 공기 분무 스프레이 건.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
