Claims (9)
- 검출기(80)와 히터(90)를 냉장한 샘플밸브(73), 그리고 샘플밸브(73) 주위로 감아진 제1, 제2칼람(87)(88)을 갖는 어날라이저 유니트(3)와; 상기 어날라이저 유니트(3)내로 내장설치된 항온조(74)와; 상기 항온조(74)와 결합되는 어날라이저 케이서(70)와; 분석되는 프로세스들과 결과를 표시해 주기위하여 상기 어날라이저 케이스(70)로 부터 돌출되어진 인디케이터 수단(104)과; 최적의 분석 조건을 이루어주는 샘플 컨디셔너 수단(2)과; 샘플가스의 공급을 위하여 상기 샘플 컨디셔너 수단(2)을 갖는 상기 어날라이저 유니트(3)의 연결과, 상기 샘플 컨디셔너 수단(2)으로 부터 상기 어날라이저 유니트(3)로 캐리어 가스와 표준가스의 어느 하나를 공급해주는 연결을 위한 커플러 수단(72); 으로 구성되어 가스분석을 실시하도록 됨을 특징으로 하는 가스크로메토 그래픽 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 커플러스단이 캐리어 가스 도입구(91), 샘플/표준 가스 도입구(92), 샘플가스 송출구(93)를 가짐과 동시에, 상기 어날라이저 케이스(70)에 형성된 하면 개구부(71)로 끼워지는 메니폴드(72)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 가스 크로메토 그래픽 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 샘플 컨디셔너 수단이 상기 메니폴드(72)의 하면에 밀착 접속 고정됨과 함께, 케리어가스 송출구(32), 샘플/표준 가스 송출구(33), 샘플가스 도입구(34), 그리고 이들 송출구 및 도입구들을 통해주는 연결 통로가 형성된 하우징 블럭(31)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 가스 크로메토 그래픽 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 메니폴드(72)가 상기 어날라이저 케이스(70)내에 삽입되어, 상기 가스 도입구들이 상기 가스 송출구들과 연결되도록 상기 하우징 블럭에 볼트(65)로서 고정되도록 됨을 특징으로 하는 가스 크로메토 그래픽 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 어날라이저 케이스(70)가 상기 항온조(74)의 외측으로 관련되는 부재들을 배치할수 있도록 타원형 구형상체로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 가스 크로메토 그래픽 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 관련되는 부재들이 어날라이저 보드(75), 트랜스(77), 그리고 감압밸브(76)임을 특징으로 하는 가스 크로메토 그래픽 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 어날라이저 케이스(70)가 알루미눔 다이캐스트로 이루어지고, 상기 인디케이터 수단의 케이스(100)도 알루미눔 다이캐스트 원통 몸체로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 가스 크로메토 그래픽 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2칼람(88)은 탄소가 많은 고불점 성분을 고속으로 효율 좋게 분리하도록 상기 샘플밸브(73)주위로 감겨지고, 상기 제1칼람(87)은 탄소가 적은 저불점 성분을 고속으로 효율좋게 분리하도록 상기 제2칼람(88) 주위로 감겨지도록 됨을 특징으로 하는 가스 크로메토 그래픽 시스템.
- 어날라이저 케이스(70)와; 상기 어날라이저 케이스(70)의 저부에 형성된 하면 개구부(71)를 통하여 삽입됨과 동시에, 샘플가스와 표준가스중의 하나를 공급하기 위한 캐리어가스 도입구(91), 샘프/표준 가스도입구(92), 샘플가스와 표준가스중의 하나를 배출시켜 주기위한 송출구(93)를 갖는 메니폴드(72)와; 상기 매니폴드(72)와 연결 조립되는 항온조(74)와; 히터(90)와 검출기 (80)를 내부로 갖고서 상기 항온조(74)내에 배치되는 샘플밸브(73)와; 상기 샘플밸브(73)의 주위로 감아지는 제1, 제2칼람(87)(88)들과; 분석되는 플로세스들과 결과들을 표시해 주기위하여 상기 어날라이저 케이스(7)로 부터 돌출되어진 인디케이터 수단(104); 으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 가스 크로메토 그래피를 위한 어날라이저.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
