Claims (2)

  1. 압축기와, 상기 압축기에 접속된 수열교환기와 상기 압축기의 흡입측 관로에 부착된 감열부의 감지온도에 응해서 개방정도가 변화하는 팽창 밸브를 가지는 열원 장치와, 상기 수열교환기에 접속된 공기열교환기를 가지는 실내장치와 상기 압축기에서의 토출냉매를 공기열교환기, 팽창밸브 및 수열교환기를 통하여 흘려주는 압축기에 회귀 난방운전을 실행하는 수단을 구비해, 상기 난방운전시에 상기 감열부의 감지온도에 기인해 팽창밸브의 개방정도 변화에 의해 상기 수열교환에서의 냉매과열도를 일정치로 유지하는 공기조화기에 있어서, 상기 공기열교환기와 팽창밸브와의 사이의 관로와 상기 압축기의 흡입측 관로에서 상기 감열부보다도 상류측의 관로부분과의 사이에 접속된 바이패스와, 상기 바이패스에 설치된 개폐밸브와, 상기 수열교환기에서 유출하는 물의 온도를 검지하는 수단과, 난방운전시, 상기 물의 온도가 설정치 이상인때에 상기 바이패스의 개폐밸브를 개방 저온냉매를 감열부에 흘리는 수단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화기.
  2. 압축기와, 상기 압축기에 접속된 수열교환기 및 감압기를 가지는 열원장치와 상기 열원 장치에서 냉매가 공급되는 공기열교환기를 가지는 실내장치와, 상기 압축기에서 토출 냉매를 수열교환기, 감압기, 공기열교환기를 통하여 흘려주는 압축기에 회귀 냉방운전을 실행하는 수단과, 상기 냉방 운전시, 정기적으로 압축기의 능력을 높여서 윤활유의 회수운전을 실행하는 수단과, 상기 압축기에서의 토출냉매를 공기열교환기, 감압기, 수열교환기를 개입해서 흘리는 압축기에 돌아오는 난방운전을 실행하는 수단을 구비한 공기조화기에 있어서, 상기 압축기의 흡입측의 냉매 압력이 설정치 Ps1이하가 되면 작동하는 제1의 저압 스위치와, 상기 압축기의 흡입측의 냉매 압력이 Ps1 보다도 큰 설정치 Ps2 이하가 되면 작동하는 제2의 저압스위치와, 냉방운전시는, 상기 제1의 저압스위치의 작동에 응답해서, 상기 압축기의 운전을 정지하고, 난방운전시는, 상기 제2의 저압 스위치의 작동에 응답해서 상기 압축기의 운전을 정지하는 보호수단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기.
