Claims (6)
- Mw/Mn이 2미만일때 중합 반응을 종결시킴을 특징으로 하여, 단량체의 총 중량을 기준하여, 0,1내지 100중량%의 일반식(Ⅰ),(Ⅱ),(Ⅲ),(Ⅳ),(Ⅴ)또는(Ⅵ)의 하나 이상의 단량체, 단량체의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 0내지 99.9중량 %의 일반식 (Ⅶ)의 사이클로올레핀 및 단량체의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 0 내지 99.9%중량%의 일반식(Ⅷ)의 하나 이상의 아사이클릭1-올레핀을 선형의 경울 일반식(Ⅸ)의 알루민옥산 및/또는 사이클릭형의 경우 일반식(Ⅹ)의 알루민옥산 및 일반식(ⅩⅠ)의 메탈로센으로 이루어진 촉매의 존재하에-78내지 150℃온도에서 및 0.01내지 64바아의 압력하에 중합시켜 분자량 분포(Mw/Mn)가 좁은 사이클로올레핀 중합체 또는 공중합체를 제조하는 방법.상기식에서 R1,R2,R3,R4,R5,R6,R7및R8은 동일하거나 상이하고 수소원자 또는 C1-C8알킬 라디칼이며, 동일한 라디칼이 상이한 일반식에서 상이한 의미를 갖을 수 있고 n은 일반식(Ⅶ)에서는 2내지 10이 수이고, 일반식 (Ⅸ)및 (Ⅹ)에서는 0내지 50이며, R9, R10, R11및 R12는 동일하거나 상이하고 수소원자 C1-C8-알킬라디탈이며, R13는 동일하거나 상이하고, C1-C6-알킬그룹 또는 페닐 또는 벤질이고, M1은 티탄, 지르코늄, 하프늄, 바나듐, 니오븀 또는 탄탈륨이며, R14및 R15는 동일하거나 상이하고 수소원자 할로겐원자, C1-C10-알킬그룹, C1-C10-알콕시그룹, C6-C10-아릴그룹, C6-C10-아릴옥시그룹, C2-C1O-알케닐그룹, C7-C40-아릴알킬그룹, C7-C40-아릴알킬 그룹, C7-C10-알킬아릴 그룹 또는 C8-C40-알케닐 그룹이며, R16및 R17은 중심원자 M1과 함께 샌드위치 구조를 형성할수 있는 일- 또는 다핵 탄화수소 라디탈이며, R18은=BR19, =ALR19, -Ge-, -sn-, -O-, -S-, =SO, -SO2, =NR19, =CO, =PR19또는 =P(O)19(여기서 R19, R20및 R21은 동일하거나 상이하고, 수소원자 할로겐원자 , C1-C10-알킬그룹 C1-C18-플르오로 알킬그룹, C8-C10-플르우로 아릴 그룹, C6-C10-아릴그룹,C2-C1O-알콕시그룹, C2-C1O-알케닐그룹, C7-C|40-아릴알킬그룹,C8-C40-아릴알케닐 그룹 또는 C7-C40-아릴알킬 그룹 이거나 R19및 R20또는 R19및 R21은 각각 이와 결합하는 원자와 함께 환응 형성한다)이고;M2는 규소, 게르마늄 또는 주석이다.
- 제1항에 잇어서, Mw/Mn이 1.7이하일때 중합 반응을 중결시키는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서 Mw/Mn이 1.4이하일때 중합 반응을 중결시키는 방법.
- 제1항내지 제3중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조할 수 있는 사이클로올레핀 중합체 또는 공중합체.
- 제4항의 사이클로올레핀 중합체 또는 공중합체로부터 제조할 수 있는 성형품.
- 제4항의 사이클로올레핀 중합체 또는 공중합체를 함유하는 중합체 블렌드.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
