Claims (10)
- 콤팩트화된 미립자형 가스-발생 추진제 충전물(12, 14, 16, 18, 42, 61, 67)및 상기 추진제 충전물용 화화 점화기(花火點火器;pyrotechnic igniter)를 포함하며, 상기 화화 점화기는 추진제 충전물에 대해 점화 전달관계로 배치되는 화화층(22, 46, 64, 70)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 발생 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 박막 또는 필름은 적어도 한표면의 일부에서 산화가능한 재료(32)층을 갖는 산화 중합체 필름(30) 기재를 포함하며, 상기 중합체 필름과 상기 산화가능한 재료는 점화중 상호 발열반응할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 산화 중합체 필름은 할로겐, 산소, 황, 질소 및 인으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되고 화학적으로 결합된 원자들을 포함하며, 산화가능한 재료는 리듐, 나트륨, 마그네슘, 베릴리움, 칼슘, 스트론튬, 바륨, 알루미늄, 티타늄, 지르코늄 및 플름상에 증착되는 것이 스트론튬, 바륨, 알루미늄, 티타늄, 지르코늄 및 필름상에 중착되는 것이 바람직한 그같은 금속들의 합금으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 금속을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 산화 중합체 필름은 폴리테트라플루오르-에틸렌(PTFE), 비닐리덴 플루오리드와 헥실플루오로프로필렌의 폴리헥사플루오로프로필렌 공중합체, 테트라플루오로에틸렌과 퍼플루오로프로필렌의 공중합체, 클로로트리플루오로에틸렌과 비닐리덴 플루오로리드의 공중합체, 퍼플루오로프로필렌의 공중합체, 퍼플루오로프로필렌과 비닐리덴 플루오리드의 공중합체, 트리클로로에틸렌 단일중합체, 트리클로로에틸렌과 비닐리덴 플루오리드이 공중합체 및 상기와 같은 공중합체중 2개 이상의 혼합물로부터 선택된 중합체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제3항 또는 4항에 있어서, 금속대 산화 중합체 필름의 비는 금속을 감싸는 필름의 위치에서 화학양론적으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 추진제 충전물을 화화층을 포함하는 박막 또는 필름의 포위체 또는 파우치(22)내에 내장되며, 상기 박막 또는 필름은 공기 또는 습기에 대해 격렬하게되며, 추진제 충전물(12, 14, 16, 18)은 박막 또는 필름내에 봉합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 추진제 충전물은 추진제 열(propellant train)을 형성하도록 끝과 끝이 인접하게 저장된 디스크(12, 14, 16, 18, 61, 67) 또는 콤팩트화된 추진제 펠렛(42)들을 포함하는 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 추진제 충전물은 원통형 단부 표면들중 적어도 한표면에 형성된 돌출부(24, 73)또는 성곽부를 지니는 콤펙트화된 환상형 추진제 디스크를 포함하며, 상기 돌출부는 상기 디스크들이 저장될때 하나 이상의 부분(68)들이 제공되어 디스크 더미의 중심으로부터 외면까지의 가스의 유동을 용이하게 하도록 형성되며, 상기 돌출부들의 영역은 그들사이의 영역보다 크게되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 추진제 충전물을 더미로된 환상형 디스크(61)형태로되며, 회화층을 포함하는 박막 또는 필름은 또다른 추진제 재료를 선택적으로 포함할 수 있는 관통 인서트(64, 70)로서 내측 환상형 표면과 마주 하며, 상기 인서트는 중심의 견고한 성형기(72) 둘레를 선택적으로 감쌀 수 있으며 배출통로(71)를 제공하도록 하나이상의 위치에서 절단될수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 화화층을 포함하는 미리 형성된 박막 또는 필름(22, 46, 64, 70)은 추진제 충전물(12, 14, 16, 18, 42, 61, 67)에 대해 점화 전달관계로 배치되며 상기 박막 또는 필름이 점화되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 콤팩트화된 미립자형 가스-발생 충전물을 점화하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
