Claims (8)
- 하나의 단부를 갖는 샤프트, 샤프트 단부를 향해 개방되었으며 나사로된 볼트 수용구멍, 일단부는 상기 나사로된 샤프트 구멍내로 나사 체결되며 타단부는 확장되고 테이퍼진 플레어형 헤드를 갖는 볼트, 상기 샤프트의 단부와 접촉하는 표면과 내측 공동을 갖는 팁부재 및, 상기 공동 내부에 배치된 웨지 부재를 포함하며, 상기 팁부재는 그 표면에서 상기 공동위에 배치되어 그 공동을 부분적으로 폐쇄하며 상기 팁부재 표면으로부터 공동으로의 개구부를 형성하는 돌출부를 지니며, 상기 돌출부의 기부는 상기 공동을 부분적으로 한정하는 표면을 형성하며, 상기 공동은 하나의 벽을 지니며, 상기 웨지 부재는 상기 볼트의 테이프진 헤드와 접촉하는 보충표면내에서 테이퍼진 표면을 지니며, 상기 웨지 부재는 적어도 상기 돌출부의 기부 표면의 일부와 접촉하는 적어도 부분적인 표면에서 상부 표면을 지니며, 상기 볼트는 장력하게 있게되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 견고한 샤프트의 단부에 견고한 팁부재를 연결하기 위한 조인트(joint).
- 제1항에 있어서, 웨지의 일부분은 공동의 측벽의 일부와 표면접촉하는 조인트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 웨지 부재들이 적어도 2개 있는 조인트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 웨지 부재는 180°범위 미만의 환형형상이며, 볼트헤드의 최대 직경은 돌출 개구부의 직경보다 작게 되면 공동측벽 및 돌축 개구부는 환형으로되는 조인트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 팁부재는 세라믹재료로 형성되는 조인트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 볼트헤드의 테이퍼는 약 45°인 조인트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 볼트헤드는 원추형인 조인트.
- 제3항에 있어서, 볼트헤드는 및 웨지 부재들이 적어도 그들의 표면 접촉의 일부상에서 너얼(knurl)되는 조인트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
