입도에 무관한 경소 마그네사이트를 소화 반응시킴에 있어서, 슬러리 농도 30∼70%에 슬러리 고형분 무게에 대해서 0.1∼0.5wt%의 안정제를 투입하고 여기에 분산제 0.1∼3wt%를 첨가해 분쇄기에서 반응열 및 분쇄열을 이용하여 30분∼120분간습식 분쇄·반응시켜 중화제용 마그네슘 수화물을 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.In the digestion reaction of small size magnesite irrespective of particle size, 0.1 to 0.5 wt% of stabilizer is added to the slurry solids weight to 30 to 70% of slurry concentration, and 0.1 to 3 wt% of dispersant is added thereto, followed by reaction heat and grinding in the mill.
