Claims (6)
- 화상 또는 음성정보를 복수화소씩 모아서 소블록을 구성하는 소블록화수단과, 상기 소블록화수단으로 얻게 된 소블록마다 직교성분으로 변환하는 직교변환 수단과, 상기 직교변환수단으로 얻게된 직교성분을 바꾸어 배열하는 배열바꾸기수단과, 상기 직교변환수단으로 얻게된 직교성분을 양자화하여 가변길이부호화하는 가변길이부호화수단과, 상기 소블록마다 고정길이의 기록블록을 정하고 상기 가변길이의 부호화수단으로 얻게된 소블록마다의 가변길이부호어를 상기 기록블록에 기록할때에, 상기 소블록의 가변길이부호어를 상기 기록블록의 앞에서 부터 기록해가고, 상기 기록블록의 소정의 위치까지 가변길이부호어를 기록하였을 경우에는, 그 이후의 가변길이부호어를 상기 기록블록에 기록하지 않고 한번 분리하는 가변길이부호어분리수단과, 상기 가변길이부호어분리수단에 의해서 발생하는 가소블록의 데이터가 기록되어있지않는 빈자리부분, 또는 상기 소블록의 기록블록에 모든 가변길이부호어가 기록된 후에 남아있는 빈자리부분에 대해서, 상기 분리된 가변길이 부호어를 복수의 소블록분을 모아서 기록해가는 빈자리부분기록수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록블록의 소정의 위치가, 상기 기록블록의 나머지의 비트수가 가변길이부호화수단으로 얻게되는 최대의 부호길이보다도 작게되는 위치인 것을 특징으로하는 기록장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가변길이부호화수단이, 1개의 부호어 또는 임의의 복수의 부호어의 연결에 대해서, 어느 특정한 비트패턴(이후 싱크패턴이라 호칭함)이 부호어의 최후의 부분밖에 발생하지 않는 부호어에 부호호화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가변길이부호화수단이, 0의 값의 직교성분이 연속하는 길이와, 그 다음에 나타나는 직교 성분의 값의 2개의 요소를 통합해서 부호화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배열바꾸기수단이, 직교성분을 시각상 중요한 순번으로 바꾸어 배열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기록블록의 크기가 소블록에 입력되는 신호의 종류에 따라서 다른것을 특징으로 하는 기록장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
