복수의 화소들이 매트릭스형상으로 배치된 기판의 상부에 형성하는 칼라필터의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 기판에 평탄화층을 형성하는 제1과정; 상기 제1평탄화층의 상부에 상기 복수의 화소중 임의의 화소와 대응하도록 염색층을 형성하는 공정과, 상기 염색층의 상부에 중간층을 형성하는 공정으로 이루어지는 제2과정; 상기 제2과정을 적어도 2회 반복처리하는 제3과정; 상기 제3과정 후 최상의 중간층에 렌즈층을 형성하는 공정과, 상기 렌즈층을 노광 및 현상하여 상기 화소들과 일치하는 부분은 평평하고 그 나머지부분은 계단형상을 갖는 렌즈패턴을 형성하는 공정으로 이루어지는 제4과정; 상기 렌즈패턴을 열처리하여 렌즈를 형성하는 제5과정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라필터의 제조방법.Claims [1] A method of manufacturing a color filter in which a plurality of pixels are formed on a substrate arranged in a matrix, comprising: a first process of forming a planarization layer on the substrate; Forming a dye layer on the first planarization layer so as to correspond to any of the plurality of pixels, and forming an intermediate layer on the dye layer; A third process of repeating the second process at least twice; Forming a lens layer on the uppermost intermediate layer after the third process, and exposing and developing the lens layer to form a lens pattern having a flat portion corresponding to the pixels and a remaining portion having a stepped shape.
