Claims (3)
1차 도료로 무기질 콜로이드 실리카졸, 커플링제 및 유리 결합제를 혼합 가수분해하여 유리 표면에 도포하고, 형성된 도막위에 2차도료로 아민기가 도입된 저온경화형 아크릴 도료를 도포하여 가교반응시킨 다음, 승화성 염료를 그 도막층에 전이시키고 후도막을 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무늬 입사유리의 제조방법.
제1항에 있어서, 1차 도료로서 그 조성이 무기질 콜로이드실리카졸 60∼90%, 커플링제 1-5%의 유기결합제 5∼35%인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 2차 도료인 저온경화형 아크릴 도로에 분말 및 무기질 분말의 안료가 추가로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
