Claims (14)
- 발포금속 산화물, 금속 또는 금속성 안료 및 투명한 유기 또는 무기 안료를 함유하고, 피복 조성물이 기판에 도포되었을때 발포 금속 산화물이 유백색 색상 효과를 내기에 효과적인 양으로 들어있는 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발포 금속 산화물이 발포 산화티타늄 및 발포 산화알루미늄으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 피복 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 발포 산화티타늄 또는 산화 알루미늄 금속 산화물이 안료 혼합물의 약 10-약80%로 이루어진 피복 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 발포 산화티타늄 또는 발포 산화알루미늄이 안료 혼합물의 약 25-약70%로 이루어진 피복 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 발포 산화티타늄 또는 발포 산화알루미늄의 안료 혼합물의 약 40-약70%로 이루어진 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발포 금속 산화물이 약 2-약10μ 크기를 갖는 미립자 형태이고, 미립자가 연속 공극 발포 구조물의 공극 사이에 약 5nm-약 15nm, 의 월 두께를 갖는 월이 있고 공극 직경이 약0.1μ-약 0.5μ인 연속 공극 발포 구조를 갖는 피복 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 발포 금속 산화물이 연속 공극 발포 구조를 지니고 표면적이 약 5-약 100m2/g인 발포산화 티타늄으로 이루어진 피복 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 발포 금속 산화물이 연속 공극 발포 구조를 지니고 표면적이 약 20-약 80m2/g인 발포산화 티타늄으로 이루어진 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 투명한 유기 안료가 프탈로시아닌블루, 프탈로시아닌 그린, 페닐렌, 퀴나크리돈, 이미다졸 및 벤지미다잘론으로 이루어진 그룹으로 부터 선택된 피복 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 투명한 무기 안료가 투명한 적절 산화물 및 황철 산화물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 피복 조성물.
- 제1항의 피복 조성물로 피복된 기판.
- 발포 금속 산화물, 금속 또는 금속성 안료 및 투명한 유기 또는 무기 안료를 포함하고, 발포 금속 산화물이 기판위에 유백색 색상 효과를 내기에 효과적인 양으로 들어있는 피복조성물의 최소한 한 층으로 피복된 기판.
- 제12항에 있어서, 기판이 전기한 발포 금속 산화물, 금속 또는 금속성 안료 및 투명한 유기 또는 무기 안료를 포함하는 기판피복물로 이루어진 제1층과 기본피복물위에 피복된 맑은 피복물인 제2층으로 피복된 기판.
- 기판에 유백색 색상 효과를 내기에 효과적인 양으로 들어있는 발포 금속 산화물, 금속 또는 금속성 안료 및 투명한 유기 또는 무기 안료를 포함하는 피복조성물을 피복시키는 것으로 구성되는, 유백색을 내는 피복된 기판을 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
