Claims (6)

  1. 용융지수가 5 내지 9g/10분이고 에틸렌 함량이 4 내지 6%인 프로필렌. 에틸렌 공중합체 30 내지 70중량부, 용융지수가 5 내지 7g/10분이고 α-올레핀의 함량이 5 내지 7%인 에틸렌. α-올레핀 공중합체 2 내지 20중량부 및 용융지수가 0.01 내지 0.3g/10분인 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 25 내지 40중량부로 된 수지 혼합물(Ⅰ) 100중량부에 대하여 조핵제 10ppm 내지 20ppm과 합성실리카 0.5 내지 7중량부를 혼합하여 수지 혼합물(Ⅱ)을 얻고 이 수지혼합물(Ⅱ)을 용융압출된 폴리프로필렌 필름의 편면에 일정두께로 압출적층시켜 그 적층필름의 흐림도가 65%이상이고 표면의 광택도가 20%이하이며, 전광선 투과율이 90%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 무광택 적층필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수지혼합물(Ⅰ) 중 에틸렌. 프로필렌 공중합체가 렌덤(Random) 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 무광택 적층필름.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 무광택층의 두께가 1.5 내지 2.5마이크론 인 것을 특징으로 하는 무광택 적층필름.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 수지혼합물(Ⅱ)의 용융지수가 2.5 내지 7g/10분인 것을 특징으로 하는 무광택 적층필름.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 합성실리카의 입자크기가 1.5 내지 2.5마이크론인 것을 특징으로 하는 무광택 적층필름.
  6. 폴리프로필렌을 용융압출한 다음 수지혼합물을 공압출시켜 무연신 쉬트를 제조하고 이를 종방향 및 횡방향으로 연신시켜 무광택 적층필름을 제조하는데 있어서, 무연신쉬트가 수중냉각 방식으로 제조되고, 그 냉각온도가 45 내지 60℃이며, 종연신시의 연신온도가 105 내지 130℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 무광택 적층필름의 제조방법.
