Claims (1)

  1. 서보 장치 제어장치에 있어서 : 스핀들(9)로 부터의 부하를 검출하여 검출된 신호를 디지털 신호로 변환시키는 A/D변환기(8)와 ; 스핀들 기준 부하 데이터 및 자동제어 온 또는 오프 신호를 생성하는 컴퓨터 수치 제어시스템(1)의 제2제어부(3)와 ; 상기 A/D변환기(8) 및 상기 제2제어부(3)로 부터 접속되어, 상기 스핀들(9)로부터 검출된 부하 및 기준 부하를 비교하는 제1제어부(4)의 비교회로(5)와 ; 상기 비교 회로(5)로부터 접속되어 입력되는 신호에 따라 다운카운터 또는 업카운터로 동작하는 제1제어부(4)의 카운트회로(6)와 ; 상기 카운트회로(6)로부터 접속되어 입력되는 신호에 따라 가공속도 가감속비에 해당하는 데이터 신호를 생성하는 가공속도 가감속회로(7)와 ; 상기 가공속도 가감속회로(7)로부터 접속되어 입력되는 신호에 따라 서보 장치(10)를 제어할수 있는 서보 제어 출력을 생성하는 컴퓨터 수치 제어시스템(1)의 서보 제어부(2)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스핀들 부하 검출에 의한 서보 장치 제어장치.
