Claims (8)

  1. 풍미제 화합물과 폴리사카라이드 결합제의 혼합물로 되는 코어 매트릭스와 비다공성 알긴산염막으로 되는 같은 면적의 외피 피복물로 되는 필라멘트로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍미제 방출제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트의 직경이 60∼600 미크론이고, 외피 두께가 5∼20미크론인 것을 특징으로 하는 풍미제 방출재.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 코어 매트릭스가 비이드-스크링 구조 형태로 풍미제를 함유하는 매트릭스와 풍미제를 함유하지 않는 매트릭스의 교체 부분으로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍미제 방출재.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 코어 매트릭스 중 풍미제 화합물이 멘톨인 것을 특징으로 하는 풍미재.
  5. 풍미재 화합물과 폴리사카라이드 결합제의 수용성 혼합물을 내부 공축 노즐을 통해 압축시켜서 겔화 코어 섬유를 형성하고, 이와 동시에 수용성 알긴산염의 수용액을 외부 공축 노즐을 통해 합께 압축시켜서 코어 섬유상에 같은 면적의 외피 피복물을 도포하여 연속적인 필라멘트 매트릭스를 형성하고, 필라멘트를 칼슘 화합물 수용액과 접촉시켜서 알긴산 나트륨을 필라멘트 외피 피복물 중에서 불용성 알긴산 칼슘으로 전환시켜서 풍미제를 싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 풍미제 방출재의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 필라멘트 중 풍미제의 함유량이 필라멘트의 건조 중량에 기초해서 2∼65중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 수용성 칼슘 화합물이 염화칼슘 또는 수산화칼슘인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 천연 담배, 개조된 담배 및 담배 대용품 중에서 선택된 가연성 충전제 매트릭스와 이 충전체 매트릭스 중에 함유된 풍미제 방출재로 되는 궐련에 있어서, 풍미제 방출재가 충전제 매트릭스의 길이와 같은 길이를 갖는 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나의 항에 의한 필라멘트로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 궐련.
