Claims (5)
- 하기 일반식 화3으로 표시되는 술포네이트화합물이고, 적어도 일부의 말단이 봉쇄된 공중합 폴리에스테르로 구성된 섬유로서, 상기 섬유를 상압 카티온 염색한 후의 섬유물성이 하기 수 1을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질 폴리에스테르 섬유.[화 3][수 1] DT× 22(단, 화 3중 A는 에스테르 형성성 관능기, 환 B는 페닐 또는 나프틸, R4는 탄소수 1~20인 지방족 탄화수소기, 탄소수 3~20인 지환족 탄화수소기 또는 탄소수 6~18의 방향족 탄화수소기, M은 알칼리금속 또는 알칼리 토류금속, P, q는 0 또는 1을 표시한다. 또, 수1에 있어서, DT : 섬유의 파단강도를 표시하고, 4.0g/d 이상이다. DE : 섬유의 파단신도를 표시하고, 25~35%이다.)
- 제1항에 있어서, 공중합 폴리에스테르가 하기 일반식 화 1 및 화 2로 표시되는 반복 단위로 구성되고, 또한 일반식 화 3으로 표시되는 술포네이트 화합물로서 적어도 일부의 말단이 봉쇄되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질 폴리에스테르 섬유.[화 2](단, 화 1, 화 2에 있어서, R은 테레프탈산잔기 또는 95.0~99.5몰%가 테레프탈산잔기이고, 0.5~5.0 몰%가 5-나트륨술포이소프탈산 잔기이다. R1은 에틸렌글리콜, 테트라메틸글리콜, 1, 4-시클로 헥산 디메탄올로 부터 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상의 글리콜 잔기이다. R2는 (CH2-CH2-O)mR3(O-CH2-CH)n이고, R3는 탄소원자수 4~20의 2개의 지방족 및 방향족 탄화수소기, m, n은 동일 또는 다른 정수이고 3m+n10이다. 그리고, (R2-O)로 표시되는 글리콜 성분은 생성 폴리에스테르중에 1.0~6.0몰 % 함유된다)
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리 용해도 정수가 7.5×10-9~12.0×10-9cm/초인 것을 특징으로 하는 개질 폴리에스테르 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공중합 폴리에스테르가 금속 술포네이트기를 가진 단량체를 폴리에스테르를 구성하는 디카르복실산 성분에 대하여 2몰%이상 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 개질 폴리에스테르 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식 화 3으로 표시되는 술포네이트화합물이 공중합 폴리에스테르의 디카르복실산에 대하여 0.1~3.0몰% 존재하는것을 특징으로 하는 개질폴리에스테르 섬유.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
