Claims (3)

  1. 하나 이상의 고무, 가교결합제, 충진제, 임의의 기타 고무 보조제 및, 고무의 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.1 내지 10중량%의 하나 이상의 하기 일반식의 카복시알킬 올리고설파이드로부터 제조된 가황고무.
    R1-(S)r-R2(Ⅰ)
    상기 식에서, R1및 R2는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며, 카복실 그룹 또는 카복실레이트 그룹(여기서, 카복실레이트 그룹의 경우에 있어서의 양이온은 암모늄 그룹, C1-C18모노-, 디- 또는 트리- 알킬 암모늄, C6-C18모노-, 디- 또는 트리- 아릴 암모늄 또는 C7-C21모노, 디- 또는 트리-알킬아릴 암모늄 그룹 또는 1 내지 4가의 금속 원자이다)에 의해 1 내지 4개-치환된 C1-C18알킬 래디칼 또는 C5-C18사이클로알킬 래디칼을 나타내고, r은 3 내지 6의 정수이다.
  2. (Ⅰ) 비가황 고무, (Ⅱ) 카본 블랙 및/또는 실리카 10 내지 120 중량%[고무(Ⅰ)의 중량기준], 및 (Ⅲ)하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 카복시알킬 올리고 설파이드 0.1 내지 10중량%[고무(Ⅰ)의 중량 기준]를 120 내지 200℃의 용융 온도 및 1 내지 100sec-1전단속에서 혼합시키고, 기타가황제(가교결합제) 및 임의의 기타 고무 보조제를 120℃이하의 온도에서 차례로 혼합시킨 후, 혼합물을 상온에서 계속적으로 가황 처리함을 특징으로 하여, 가황고무를 제조하는 방법.

    상기 식에서 R1및 R2는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며, 카복실그룹 또는 카복실레이트 그룹(여기서, 카복실레이트 그룹의 경우에 있어서의 양이온은 암모늄 그룹, C1-C18모노-, 디- 또는 트리-알킬 암모늄, C6-C18모노-, 디- 또는 트리-아릴 암모늄 또는 C7-C21모노, 디- 또는 트리-알킬아릴 암모늄 그룹 또는 1 내지 4가의 금속 원자이다)에 의해 1 내지 4개-치환된 C1-C18알킬 래디칼 또는 C5-C18사이클로알킬 래디칼을 나타내고, r은 3 내지 6의 정수이다.
