제1도는 본 발명을 위하여 사용가능한 다층 직물 유형의 설명 단면도.
Claims (8)
- 3-6겹의 직조 구조를 가지며 면 변수 2-10인 내열성 섬유 방적사로 되고 날실 밀도 80-170사/2.54cm 및 씨실 밀도 50-160사/2.54cm인 날실과 씨실로 된 다층 직물로 이루어지고, 그 날실이 3-6겹의 직조구조에서 파형으로 굽혀지고 다음 등식(I)에 따라 측청된 굽힘상수가 1-30인 프레스-큐션 시트:상기식에서 BC는 각 날실의 굽형 상수를 나타내고, d는 다층 직물의 두께(mm)를 나타내며 n은 날실 방향으로 다층 직물 l0cm에 대하여 파형으로 굽혀진 날실의 파수를 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내열성 섬유 방적 날실 및 씨실이 내열성 유기합성 섬유 및 무기섬유중에서 선택된 적어도 한가지 형태의 섬유인 것이 특징인 프레스-큐션 시트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 내열성 유기섬유가 아라미드 섬유, 폴리에테르 에테르케톤 섬유, 폴리페닐술폰 섬유 및 페놀섬유중에서 선택되는 것이 특징인 프레스-큐션 시트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 내열성 무기섬유가 탄소 섬유, 유리섬유 및 금속 섬유중에서 선택되는 것이 특징인 프레스-큐선 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다층 직물을 200℃-400℃의 온도에서 열처리에 의하여 일차원으로 안정화 시킨것이 특징인 프레스-큐선 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다층 직물을 내열성 수지로 함침시킨 것이 특징인 프레스-큐션 시트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 내열성 수지가 방향족 폴리아미드 수지, 폴리이미드 수지, 폴리페닐술폰 수지, 멜라민-포름 알데히드 수지, 실리콘-아크릴 수지 및 에폭시 수지중에서 선택된 적어도 한가지로 이루어진 것이 특징인 프레스-큐션시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다층 직물에 함침된 내열성 수지가 다층 직물 중량물 기초로1-10%의 양인것이 특징인 프레스-큐션 시트.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
