Claims (2)

  1. 제1의 주파수의 교류전력을 제2의 주파수의 교류 전력에 변환하는 전력변환장치에 있어서, 상기 주파수의 변환을 하고 통전방향이 제어 가능한 쌍방향성 스위치를 구비하여 상기 쌍방향성 스위치중 상기 제1의 주파수의 입력 교류전압을 단락하지 않은 극성의 스위치를 온시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력변환장치.
  2. 직류전력을 제1의 주파수로 튜티비가 거의 50%의 교류전력에 변환하는 인버터 회로 통전방향이 제어가능한 쌍방향성 스위치에 의하여 상기 제1의 주파수를 펄스폭 변조된 제2의 주파수의 교류전력에 변환하는 사이클로 컨버터회로를 구비하고 상기 쌍방향성 스위치 중의 상기 인버터회로 출력전압을 단락하지 않은 극성의 스위치를 항상 온 시키는 전력 변환장치.
