본 고안은 마스크나 각종 가전제품의 필터 기타 군사용의 방독옷에 사용되는 방진, 방독재에 관한 것으로 특히, 오염된 공기를 거의 완벽에 가깝게 정화시키며 공기 투과율이 종래의 방진재보다 향상된 실용적인 방진, 방독재에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 유해작업장소에서 작업자의 안면에 착용하는 마스크나 각종 가전제품의 공기정화기 필터 또는 화생방전에 대비하는 군사용 방독옷 등에는 오염된 공기로 부터 착용자의 신체를 보호하도록 방진 또는 방독재를 봉착시키고 있다.
이러한 종래 기술의 일예로 부직포와 부직포를 서로 맞대어 방진재로 사용하였고 사용처에 따라서 마스크와 같은 물품일 경우에는 이들 부직포의 이면에 활성탄이 내장된 별도의 통체를 개재시켜서 방독효과를 얻도록 한 것이 대부분이다.
이와같은 선택적인 사양에 의해 사용된 방진재 또는 방독재들은 그 설치되는 장소에 따라서 방진재를 중첩하여서 사용하거나 방진재와 방독재를 교호로 삽입개재시켜서 사용하는 관계로 착용자의 공기흡입량이 떨어지고 착용성이 불편할 뿐 아니라 방진재와 방독재를 병용할 경우에는 방독재의 설치 구조가 복잡하고 활성탄이 탈리되어 떨어지는 등의 제반 결함을 안고 있었다.
따라서 본 고안의 목적은 상기한 바와 같은 단점을 해결하기 위하여 개발된 것으로서, 본 고안의 방진, 방독재는 그 자체로 방진과 방독효과를 동시에 얻을 수 있고 설치된 상태에서 정화된 공기의 통과율이 종래제품에 비해 손색이 없을뿐만 아니라 설치장소의 부피를 축소시킬수 있는 탁월한 성능을 지닌 방진, 방독재를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
이하 본 고안의 구성 및 작용효과를 첨부한 도면을 참고로 양호한 실시예를 상술하면 아래와 같다.
제1도 및 제2도에서 부호1은 방독재를 표시하며, 이 방독재(1)의 저면에는 포집율 99.5% 이상인 방진재(2)를 라미네이팅(열융착)하여서 된 것이다.
상기 방독재(1)는 하부부직포(3)의 상면에 솜등으로 적층된 패딩재(4)를 재치하고, 이 패딩재(4)를 구성하는 솜들이 겹겹이 적층될때에 이 패딩재를 별도의 활성탄 살포기를 통과시켜서 무수히 많은 산점상의 활성탄(6)을 살포하고, 상기한 활성탄(6)이 산점상으로 살포된 패딩재(4)의 상면에 상부부직포(5)를 맞대고 니들 펀칭 하였다.
상기와 같이 하부부직포(3)와, 활성탄을 함유한 패딩재(4)와 상부부직포(5)가 서로 맞대어진 상태에서 니들 펀칭이 되면서 그 두께는 현저히 축소되어 제2도와 같은 방독재(1)가 형성된다.
상기한 하부부직포(3)와 상부부직포(5)는 방독재(1)가 완성된 상태에서 패딩재(4)에 함유된 활성탄(6)이 외부로 이탈되는 것을 방지하기 위한 것이다.
한편, 상기한 방독(1)의 저면에는 오염된 공기의 먼지를 포집할 수 있는 방진재(2)를 상기한 방독재(1)와 함께 라미네이터기를 통과시켜서 열 융착하여서 된 것이다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안의 방진, 방독재는 제2도와 같은 상태에서 상,하부 부직포(3.5)에 의하여 패딩재(4)에 함유된 활성탄(6)이 외부이탈되는것이 방지되고, 이 방독재(1)의 저면에 열융착된 방진재(2)와 함께 일체화된 단일물품이 된다.
그러므로, 본 고안의 방진, 방독재를 필요한 적재적소에 설치할 경우에는 방독재(1)의 활성탄(6)을 함유한 패딩재(4)에 의하여 오염된 공기의 독성을 정화시키고, 독성이 정화된 공기의 잔여분진은 포집율 99.5% 이상인 방진재(2)층을 통과하면서 분진이 깨끗이 정화된 맑은 공기를 흡입할수가 있다.
상기한 방독재(1)와 방진재(2)의 설치방법상의 차이에 따라서 상기한 정화방법이 역순이 될수도 있다.
따라서 본 고안의 방진, 방독재는 종래의 방진재 또는 방독재나 방진, 방독재에 비해서 부피를 현저히 축소시킬수 있을뿐 아니라 방진 및 방독에 탁월한 성능을 발휘하여서 설치된 장소에 쾌적한 만족도를 줄수 있는 제반 특, 장점이 있다.

- 방독재(1)와 분진포집율이 양호한 방진재(2)를 열융착시켜서 방진, 방독재를 구성하되, 상기한 방독재(1)는 하부 부직포(3)의 상면에 활성탄(6)을 산점상으로 살포한 패딩재(4)를 적층 시키고, 상기 패딩재의 상면에 상부부직포(5)를 맞대고 난다음, 니들펀칭하여서 상호 일체로 구성한 것이 특징인 방진. 방독재.
