Claims (3)

  1. 재생전용의 콤팩트 디스크정보를 재생하기 위한 재생부(100)와, 상기 재생부(100)의 재생전용 콤팩트 디스크상의 정보를 상기 기록 가능한 콤팩트 디스크상에 복사하기 위한 기록부(200)와, 상기 재생부(100)의 검출 출력신호를 입력하여 위상 동기된 비트 클럭을 상기 재생부(100)로 인가함과 동시에 상기 기록부(200)로 인가하여 변조클럭을 출력시키기 위한 PLL부(300)를 구비한 콤팩트 디스크의 복사장치에 있어서, 입력되는 가변배속 최대 주파수 가운데 선택된 배속 주파수를 상기 재생부(100)로 출력하고 상기 선택된 배속 주파수에 따라 상기 기록부(200)로 파워를 인가하기 위한 가변배속 제어부(400)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트 디스크의 가변배속 복사장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가변배속 제어부(400)가 입력단(1H)으로 가변배속 최대 주파수를 입력하여 다수의 분주된 배속 주파수를 출력하기 위한 분주기(42)와, 상기 분주기(42)의 출력을 입력하여 하나의 주파수만을 선택 출력하기 위한 스위칭부(43)와, 상기 스위칭부(43)에 연결되어 사용자의 선택에 따른 제어신호를 입력하여 상기 스위칭부(43)의 출력을 선택 지정하고 상기 기록부(200)로 선택된 배속 주파수에 따른 레이저 파워를 인가하는 마이컴(41)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트 디스크의 가변 배속 복사장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분주기(42)가 상기 가변배속 최대 주파수를 입력하여 일배속 주파수에서 상기 가변배속 최대 주파수까지를 정수배로 분주하여 출력함을 특징으로 하는 콤팩트 디스크의 가변배속 복사장치.
