Claims (6)
- Nd3+를 활성물질로서 주성분유리에 첨가한 산화물계의 광기능성 유리로서, 상기 주성분유리는, 그 구성성분으로서 알칼리원소 Rb 및/또는 Cs의 산화물을 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 광기능성 유리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주성분유리에 대한 상기 알칼리원소 Rb 및/또는 Cs의 산화물의 농도가 5moℓ%에서부터 45moℓ%인것을 특징으로 하는 광기능성유리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주성분유리는, 그 구성성분으로서 알칼리로 금속류원소의 산화물을 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 광기능성 유리.
- 청구범위 제1항에 기재한 광기능성 유리로 이루어진 코어와, 이 코어를 에워싸고 이 코어보다 낮은 굴절률을 가진 클래드를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 광 파이버.
- 파장 1.3㎛대 또는 그 근처의 대역의 신호광을 전파하는 특허청구범위 제4항에 기재한 광파이버와, 파장 0.8㎛대 또는 그 근처의 대역의 여기광을 발생하는 여기광원과, 이 여기광을 상기 여기광원으로부터 상기 광파이버내에 입사시키는 광학수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 파이버 증폭기.
- 특허청구범위 제4항에 기재한 광파이버와, 파장 0.8㎛대 또는 그 근처의 대역의 여기광을 발생하는 여기과원과, 이 여기광을 상기 여기광원으로 부터 상기 광파이버내에 입사시키는 광학수단을 구비하고, 상기 광파이버내로 부터의 파장 1.3㎛대 또는 그 근처의 대역의 방사광을 상기 광파이버에 피이드백하는 공진기구조가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이버레이저.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
