Claims (2)

  1. (A)(I)실리콘 중합체 100중량부, (Ⅱ)수-불혼화성 용매 시스템 50중량부 이하, (Ⅲ)(a)탄소수가 8내지 12인 카복실산의 솔비탄 모노에스테르, (b)평균 일반식CH3(CH2)m(OCH2CH2)nOH(여기서 m은 7내지 15이고, n은 2내지 50이다)의 폴리에틸렌 알킬 에테르 및 (c)평균 일반식 CrH2r+1(C6H4)O(CH2CH2O)sCH2CH2OH(여기서, r은 4내지 8이고 s는 7내지 40이다)의 알킬페녹시 폴리에톡시 에탄올로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된 1개의 비이온성 계면활성제, (Ⅳ)폴리(비닐 알콜)[폴리(비닐 알콜)(Ⅳ)대 상기 비이온성 계면활성제(Ⅲ)의 중량비는 0.01대 10이다]. 및 (Ⅴ)물 10중량부 이상을 포함하는 수성 실리콘 유액[여기서, 비이온성 계면활성제(Ⅲ) 및 상기 폴리(비닐 알콜)(Ⅳ)의 총 함량은 성분(I) 내지 (Ⅳ)의 균일한 유-중-수 분산액을 제조하기에 충분하다]을 생성시키고, (B)수성 실리콘 용액을 (Ⅵ)수용성 유기 중합체 100중량부, (Ⅶ)수-혼화성 용집 용매 15중량부 이하; 및 (Ⅶ)물 50중량부 이상을 포함하는 유기 중합체 수용액과 혼합시킴을 포함하는 2단계 공정으로 제조한 수성실리콘-유기 조성물[여기서, 수성실리콘-유기 조성물중의 실리콘 중합체(I)대 수용성 유기중합체(Ⅵ)의 중량비는 15:1 내지 1:1이다].
