Claims (7)

  1. W-아미노니트릴, 물 및 산소화된 인촉매를 포함하는 혼합물을 약200내지 350psig의 압력에서 가열하고, 온도가 약200내지 260℃에 도달되면 혼합물중에 처음부터 존재하는 W-아미노니트릴 100g당 10내지 50g/h의 속도로 연속적으로 물을 가하고, 온도가 240℃이상일때 반응기로부터 스증기 및 암모니아를 연속적으로 제거하고, 혼합물 중에서 처음부터 존재하는 W-아미노트릴 100g당 물 15내지 75g이 가해질때까지 온도를 240내지 310℃로 유지한 후, 물 첨가를 중지하고, 수평균 분자량이 약10,000이상인 폴리아미드가 생성될 때까지 약240내지 약330℃의 온도에서 생성된 혼합물을 중합시킴을 특징으로 하여, 폴리아미드를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, W-아미노니트릴이 6내지 12개의 탄소원자를 갖는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, W-아미노니트릴이 6-아미노카프로 니트릴인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 혼합하면서 중합을 수행하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 물이 연속적으로 첨가되는 동안의 온도가 대략 275℃이고 연속적으로 첨가되는 물의 양이 혼합물중에 처음부터 존재하는 W-아미노니트릴 100g당 약15내지 30g/h인 방법.
  6. 제1항에있어서, 촉매가 산소화된 인의 산인 방법.
