Claims (5)

  1. (a)유기철 화합물, (b)유기알루미늄 화합물, (c)킬레이트화 방향족 아민 및 (d)양자성 화합물 포함하며, 킬레이트화 아민대 유기철 화합물의 몰비가 약0.1:1내지 약1:1의 범위이내이며, 유기알루미늄 화합물 대 유기철 화합물의 몰비가 약5:1 내지 약200:1의 범위내이며, 양자성 화합물 대 유기알루미늄 화합물이 몰비가 약0.001:1 내지 약0.2:1의 범위이내임을 특징으로 하는, 이소프렌 단량체를 3,4-폴리이소프렌으로 중합시키는데 이용할 수 있는 촉매 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유기 알루미늄 화합물이 트리알킬 알루미늄 화합물이고; 유기철 화합물이 Fe(Ⅲ)벤조에이트, Fe(Ⅲ)아세테이트, Fe(Ⅲ)나프테네이트, Fe(Ⅲ)옥타노에이트, Fe(Ⅲ)네오데카노에이트, Fe(Ⅲ)팔미테이트, Fe(Ⅲ)스테아레이트, Fe(Ⅲ)아세틸아세토네이트, Fe(Ⅲ)살릭알데히드, Fe(Ⅲ)디글리옥심 및 Fe(Ⅲ)테트라카보닐로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되고; 킬레이트화방향족 아민이 1,10-펜안트롤린, 2,2-디피리딜 및 1,4-페닐렌디아민으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되고; 양자성 화합물이 물, 에탈올, 메탄올, 이소프로필 알콜 및 n-프로필 알콜로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 촉매 시스템.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 킬레이트화 방향족 아민 대 유기철 화합물의 몰비가 약0.2:1 내지 약0.5:1의 범위내이고; 유기 알루미늄 화합물 대 유기철 화합물의 몰비가 약20:1 내지 약100:1의 범위내이고;양자성 화합물 대 유기알루미늄화합물의 몰비가 약0.0065:1 내지 약0.1:1의 범위내이고; 트리알킬 알루미늄 화합물이 트리에틸 알루미늄, 트리-n-프로필 알루미늄, 트리이소부틸 알루미늄 및 트리헥실 알루미늄으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되고; 유기철 화합물이 Fe(Ⅲ)아세틸 아세토네이트이고; 킬레이트화 방향족 아민이 1,10-펜안트롤린이고; 양자성 화합물이 물임을 특징으로 하는 촉매 시스템.
  4. (a)유기철 화합물, (b)유기알루미늄 화합물, (c)킬레이트화 방향족 아민 및 (d)양자성 화합물 포함하며, 킬레이트화 아민대 유기철 화합물의 몰비가 약0.1:1내지 약1:1의 범위이내이며, 유기알루미늄 화합물 대 유기철 화합물의 몰비가 약5:1 내지 약200:1의 범위내이고, 유기철 화합물이 0.005phm 내지 0.1phm 범위이내의 약0.2:1의 범위이내임을 특징으로 하는 촉매시스템을, 이소프렌 단량체 및 지방족 유기 용매를 함유한 중합 매질에 가하고, (2)약-10℃ 내지 약100℃의 범위이내의 온도에서 이소프렌 단량체를 중합시킴을 특징으로 하는 3,4-폴리이소프렌의 합성방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 촉매 시스템의 유기철 화합물 성분 및 킬레이트화 방향족 아민 성분을 먼저 가한후 미리 형성된 유기알루미늄 화합물을 양자성 화합물과 함께 가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
