로면 표시선 제거기

본 고안은 로면에 페인팅하여 표시한 차선이나 횡단보도 표시선을 수정하거나 새로 페인팅하고자 할 때 기히 표시된 표시선을 제거하는 로면 표시선 제거기에 관한 것이다.
종래에도 엔진이 장설된 운반차의 전방 양측벽에 호형 안내공을 뚫어 이에 회전축을 상,하 작동할 수 있게 축설하여 엔진과 벨트를 걸고 상부에 착설된 고정보에 회전축을 코일스프링으로 탄지시키고 회전축에 장설된 베어링의 하부에는 와이어로우프를 연결하여 운반차의 하부에 축설된 안내로울러에 걸어 핸들이 유착된 상,하 작동레버와 연결하고, 회전축의 일측에는 무수한 고강도 절삭팁을 착설한 공지의 절삭로울러를 착설하여서 된 로면 표시선 제거장치가 국내 실용신안공보 제783호 공고번호 86-1672호로 고정되어 있으나, 이의 결점을 절삭로울러가 원통형으로 되어 진행방향으로 회전케 된 것이므로 슬립현상으로 페인팅 된 표시선이 양호히 제거되지 못하게 되는 결점이 있었다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 결점을 해소시킬 수 있도록 하기 위하여 엔진과 연동되는 회전축을 수직으로 유착한 단부에는 수개의 축을 고정하여 이에 여러개의 제거핀이 돌출된 제거로울러를 유착하여 제거핀이 지면과 접촉 된 상태에서 각 제거로울러는 회전됨과 동시에 수개의 제거로울러가 동심원으로 회전되게 함으로서 로면 표시된 제거효율을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 매우 합리적인 구조의 로면 표시선 제거기를 안출하게 된 것인데, 이를 첨부도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
전면바퀴를 손잡이(3)로 방향 전환시킬 수 있도록 되고, 기체(1) 후미에는 엔진(2)과 손잡이(4)가 고정되고, 엔진(2)의 동력전달축(5)의 단부에 고정시킨 베벨기어(6)는 케이싱(7)내의 회전축(8)에 고정시킨 베벨기어(9)와 이맞춤시켜 회전축(8)을 회전시킬 수 있도록 된 공지의 것에 있어서, 회전축(8)의 단부에는 3개의 축(10A)(10B)(10C)을 고착한 지지원판(10)을 고정하여 각 축(10A)(10B)(10C)에는 여러개의 제거핀(12)을 고착한 제거로울러(11)를 회전 자유롭게 유착하여서 된 것이다.
미설명부호 13은 케이싱(7)을 상,하로 작동시키는 핸들이고 14는 완충 스프링이며, 15는 가림판이다.
이와 같이 된 본 고안은 엔진(2)을 작동시키게 되면 베벨기어(6) (9)에 의하여 회전축(8)은 회전하게 되고, 이에 따라 제거로울러(11)도 회전되어 로면에 페인팅된 표시선을 제거시키게 되는데, 이때 각 제거로울러(11)는 회전축(8)의 회전력에 의하여 제2도의 실선화살표방향으로 각기 자체회전하게 됨과 동시에 각 제거로울러(11)는 동심원으로 회전되면서, 제거핀(12)은 표시선의 페인팅을 찍으면서 벗기게 된다.
따라서 종래처럼 슬립현상이 발생되지 않게되어 표시선은 깨끗하게 제거된다.
이와 같은 본 고안은 매우 합리적인 구조에 의하여 표시선을 능률적으로 양호히 제거시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

  1. 전면바퀴를 손잡이(3)로 방향 전환시킬 수 있도록 되고, 기체(1) 후미에는 엔진(2)과 손잡이(4)가 고정되고 엔진(2)의 동력전달축(5)의 단부에 고정시킨 베벨기어(6)는 케이싱(7)내의 회전축(8)에 고정시킨 베벨기어(9)와 이맞춤시켜 회전축(8)을 회전시킬 수 있도록 된 공지의 것에 있어서, 회전축(8)의 단부에는 3개의 축(10A)(10B)(10C)을 고착한 지지원판(10)을 고정하여 각 축(10A)(10B)(10C)에는 여러개의 제거핀(12)을 고착한 제거로울러(11)를 회전 자유롭게 유착하여서 된 로면 표시선 제거기.
