Claims (10)
- 금속성 및 비금속성 불순물을 함유하는 시판되는 불순한 무수 플루오르화 수소를 정제하는 방법에 있어서, 전해조내에서, 전해조 내에 폭발성 혼합기체를 형성시키지 않는 조건하에서 전기분해시킴으로써 시판되는 불순한 무수 폴루오르화 수소로 부터 상기 불순물을 제거함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시판되는 무수 폴루오르화 수소로부터 제거되는 불순물이 붕소, 규소, 인, 비소 또는 황의 화합물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비소 화합물이 플루오르화 수소로부터 제거되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기분해를 1.5V 이상의 전압에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기분해를 2.5 내지 10V의 전압에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기분해를 탄소, 백금, 니켈, 코발트 또는 이의 혼합물로 제조된 전극을 사용하여 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기분해를 니켈 전극을 사용하여 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기분해를 플루오르화 수소가 작동 압력하에서 액체인 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기분해를 대기압하에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전해조를 불활성 기체로 플러싱(flushing)시킴으로서 폭발성 혼합기체의 형성을 방지하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
