Claims (9)
- 중앙 허브와, 허브에 관해 원주상으로 간격져 방사상으로 뻗어 있는 다수의 베인과, 제어봉을 연결하기 위해 각 베인과 연결된 다수의 핑거로 구성 되었으며, 원자로내에서 수직 운동을 하는 다수의 제어봉을 지지하기 위한 스파이더 조립체에 있어서, 핑거(36)를 구비하고 있는 각 베인(34)은 접속부를 갖지 않은 강직한 구조물의 서브-유닛을 형성하는 단일체 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 원자로 연료 집합체용 스파이더 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 허브(32)는 관형이며, 또한 허브에 관해 원주상으로 간격져 있고 관형 허브의 종측에 평행하게 뻗어 있는 다수의 슬롯(48)을 벽에 형성하고 있으며, 각각의 베인(34)은 슬롯(48)중 하나에 확고히 안착되는신장부(50)를 단부에 가지고 있어서 베인을 다른 베인에 관해 적절한 관계로 위치되게 하며, 각각의 슬롯(48)은 관련 베인을 허브에 결합하는 것을 용이하게 하기 위해 관형 허브내의 공간과 연통되어 있는 특징으로 하는 원자로 연료 집합체용 스파이더 조립체.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 각 핑거(36)는 긴 원통형 모양을 가지며, 각 베인(34)상의 핑거(36)는 관형 허브(32)의 종축에 관해 그리고 서로에 관해 평행한 종축을 가지며, 각 베인상의 핑거와 관형 허브인 종축은 공동 평면상에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원자로 연료 집합체용 스파이더 조립체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 각각 연결된 두 개의 핑거(36)를 갖는 4개의 베인(34)이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원자로 연료 집합체용 스파이더 조립체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 4개의 베인(34)은 90도 각도로 떨어져 간격져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원자로 연료 집합체용 스파이더 조립체.
- 제4항 또는 5항에 있어서, 각 베인(34)은 두개의 핑거(36)중 베인의 외측 단부에 설치된 제1핑거와 제1핑거와 허브(32)사이에 위치한 제2핑거(36)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 원자로 연료 집합체용 스파이더 조립체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 각 베인(34)은 허브(32)와 제2핑거 사이에 뻗어 있는 제1선형부와, 제1핑거와 제2핑거 사이에 뻗어 있는 제2선형부를 가지고 있으며, 두 개의 선형 베인부는 서로에 관해 동일 선상에 있는 상연부와 서로에 관해 동일선상에 있는 하연부를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원자로 연료 집합체용 스파이더 조립체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 각 베인(34)상의 두 개의 핑거(36)는 베인의 상연부 위로 돌출되어 있으며, 제2핑거는 제1핑거보다 좀더 높이 돌출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 원자로 연료 집합체용 스파이더 조립체.
- 제8항에 있어서, 각 핑거(36)는 관련 베어(34)의 횡방향 두께보다 더큰 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 원자로 연료 집합체용 스파이더 조립체.
