Claims (20)

  1. 말단 팁부에 인접하여 적어도 한개의 절단면을 구비한 외과용 바디를 포함하고 있고, 상기 바디는적어도 한개의 캐비테이션 발생면을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과용 팁 조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캐비테이션 발생면이 무딘 면인 것을 특징으로 하는 외과용 팁 조립체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 절단 에지는 상기 바디의 종축에 대하여 첫번재의 소정각을 갖는 만곡 팁부상에 있고, 또한 상기 무딘 면은 첫번째 소정각에 대하여 두번째 소정각을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과용 팁 조립체.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 절단면은 제거된는 조직과 맞물린 수 있는 절단 에지이고, 상기 무딘 면은 상기 절단에지에 인접한 것을 특징으로 하는 외과용 팁 조립체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바디부는 복수의 미소 캐비테이션 거품 발생면을 구비한것을 특징으로 하는 외과용 팁 조립체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 말단 팁부가 첫번째 축에 대해 만곡된 첫번째 부분과 상기 첫번째 측에 평행하고 또한 상기 첫번째 만곡부에 대해 다시 만곡된 두번째 말단부를 구비한 이중 만곡 구조를 가져서 상기 말단 팁부가 상기 첫번째 축으로부터 가로질러 오프셋되고, 그 결과 상기 만곡부와 연결된 상기 팁부의 스트로크 방향이 붕괴가능한 미소 캐비테이션 거품을 만들어 내는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과용 팁 조립체.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캐비테이션 발생면이 구형인 것을 특징으로 하는 외과용 팁 조립체.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캐비테이션 발생면이 거칠게 되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 외과용 팁 조립체.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 캐비테이션 발생면이 환형 구조를 가진 절단 에지에 의해 둘러싸인 오목면을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 외과용 팁 조립체.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바디면이 외곡부와 내곡부를 구비하고 있고, 각각은 적어도 한개의 상기 캐비테이션 발생면을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과용 팁 조립체.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 첫번째 발생면에 인접하여 적어도 한개의 두번째 붕괴 가능한 미소 캐비테이션 거품 발생면을 가지는것을 특징으로 하는 외과용 팁 조립체.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절단 에지가 상기 바디의 종축에 대하여 첫번째 소정의 각을 갖는 만곡 팁부 상에 있고, 상기 무딘 면이 첫번째 소정의 각에 대하여 두번째 소정의 각을 이루고, 한편, 상기 만곡 팁부가 첫번째 캐비테이션 발생면의 반대쪽에 두번째 케비테션 발생면을 구비하는것을 특징으로 하는 외과용 팁 조립체.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 두번째 캐비테이션 발생면에 인접하여 세번째 캐비테이션 발생면을 포함하는것을 특징으로 하는 외과용 팁 조립체.
  14. 제1항 내지 제13항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 외과용 조립체, 초음파진동 타형을 만들도록 작동하는 변환장치를 둘러싸는 핸드피스, 상기 진동이 상기 팁 조립체에 전달되도록 하기 위해서 상기 변화장치 수단에 상기 외과용 팁 조립체 연결하기 위하여 상기 핸드피스 수단내에 배치한 연결수단, 및 상기 외과 처치부로 부터 조직을 흡입할 수 있도록 작동이 가능한 흡입수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외과용 팁 조립체.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 외과용 팁 바디는 사기 절단면에 인접해 있는 흡입포트를 구비한 흡입통로를 포함하고 있는것을 특징으로 하는 외과용 팁 조립체.
  16. 적어도 한개의 캐비테이션 발생면을 구비하고 또한 초음파적으로 진동 가능한 외과용 팁 조립체를 제공하는 단계; 인접한 유체에 붕괴 가능한 캐비테이션 거품을 전달하기 위해서 캐비테이션 발생면을 초음파적으로 전동시켜, 상기 거푸어 조직 붕괴를 가져오도록 제거되는 조직의 부근에서 붕괴되도록 하는 단계, 및 상기 외과적 처치부에서 파괴된 조직을 흡입하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신체조직 제거방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 액체를 외과적 처치부에 공급하고 또한 제거되는 조직에 인접한 액체내에 붕괴가능한 캐비테이션 거품을 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 신체조직 제거방법.
  18. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진동단계가 한계 팁 속도는 진동하는 말단팁부를 제공하는 것을 포함하고 또한 상기 붕괴 가능한 캐비테이션 거품 형성 단계가 미소 캐비테이션 거품의 형성을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신체조직 제거방법.
  19. 제17항에 있어서, 선정된 액체가 캐비테이션 거품의 형성을 제어하는 특성을 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 신체조직 제거방법.
  20. 제16항에 있어서, 제공된 팁 조립체가 특허청구범위 제1항에서 제13항 사이의 팁 조립체중 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신체조직 제거방법.
