Claims (2)
- (y+z)와 (1-a)의 곱이 0.20보다 크다는 조건하에서 a가 0.38-0.62; x가 0.05-0.65;y/z가 0.5-5인 일반식 Tea(SbxSnyInz)1-a을 지닌 합금으로 이루어진 결정형 형태의 광 기록용 박막층으로 구성된 광 기록용 소자.
- a) 결정형 합금의 기록용층 위에 기록하려고 하는 정보에 해당하는 패턴의 무정형 영역을 만들기에 충분한 시간동안 충분한 출력으로 기록용층위에 정보가 변조된 레이저 빔을 쏘아 상기 정보를 기록하고 b)단계(a)에서 만들어진 무정형 영역의 최소한 일부를 결정화 시키기에 충분시간동안 충분한 출력으로 상기 기록된 층에 레이저빔을 쏨으로써 무정형 영역내에 있는 정보를 소겅하는 것으로 이루어지는 (y+z)와 (1-a)의 곱이 0.20보다 크다는 조건하에서 a가 0.38-0.62; x가 0.05-0.65;y/z가 0.5-5인 일반식 Tea(SbxSnyInz)1-a을 지닌 합금으로 이루어진 결정형 형태의 광 기록용 박막층으로 구성된 광 기록용 소자 위에 정보를 기록 및 소거하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
