Claims (6)
- 공동의 전도성재료로 만들어져 그속에 생체 또는 물체(15)를 수용하고, 그속에 생성된 고주파전자기장으로 가온하는 공동공진기(11)와, 상기 공동공진기(11)의 입력단에 연결된 링크코일(20)과, 상기 링크코일(20)에 인접하게 설치된 임피던스 정합수단(19)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로하는 전자파가온장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전계집중기(14)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 전자파가온장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 임피던스정합수단(19)은 가변콘덴서로 이루어진 것을 특징으로하는 전자파가온장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 임피던스정합수단(19)은 상기 링크코일(20)을 움직이는 수단으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로하는 전자파가온장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 임피던스정합수단(19)은 상기 링크코일(20)을 변형시키는 수단으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로하는 전자파가온장치.
- 고주파전원(33); 공동의 전도성재료로 만들어져 그속에 생체 또는 물체(15)를 수용하고, 그속에 생성된 고주파전자기장으로 가온하는 공동공진기(11); 상기 공동공진기(11)내에 배치된 적어도 하나의 전계집중기(14a), (14b); 상기 고주파전원(33)에서의 고주파에너지를 상기 공동공진기(11)내에 공급하는 링크코일(20); 상기 링크코일(20)에 접근하여 배설되는 임피던스정합부; 상기 임피던스정합부의 정합상태를 조정하는 임피던스정합조정수단(36); 상기 임피던스정합부의 정합상태를 검출하는 임피던스정합검출수단(34); 검출된 정합상태에 따라 상기 임피던스정합조정수단(36)을 제어하는 제어수단(38)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로하는 전자파가온장치.
