Claims (3)

  1. (a) 유기 디-및/또는 폴리이소시아네이트, (b)아민말단된 쇄연장제 및 (c)일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 포함하는 반응 혼합물을 이소시아네이트 지수가 약70내지 약 130이 되는 성분비로 RIM'기계를 통해 밀폐된 주형으로 사출시킴을 포함하는, 반응 사출성형 탄성체의 제조방법.
    상기식에서, A는 작용가가 n은 폴리올로부터 하이드록실 그룹을 제거시킨 후에 잔류하는 다작용가 라디칼을 나타내고, R은 탄화수소 라디칼을 나타내며, n은 2내지 6의 정수이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R은 탄소수가 6내지 21인 아릴렌 라디칼, 탄소수가 2내지 20인 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬렌 라디칼, 탄소수가 3내지 20인 사이클로알킬렌 라디칼, C7내지 C20알크아릴렌 라디칼 및 C7내지 C20아르알킬렌 라디칼로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 탄화수소 라디칼이고, 단 1)R이 아킬렌 또는 아르알킬렌 라디칼인 경우 아민 그룹은 2개 또는 3개 이상의 탄소원자에 의해 분리되어야 하며, 2)R이 알릴렌 또는 알크아릴렌 라디칼인 경우 아민 그룹은 서로 오르토 위치에 존재할 수 없는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, R이 탄소수 5내지 12의 알킬렌 라디칼인 방법.
