제3도는 종래 기술에 따른 연결장치의 자루부(shank)와 하단부(butt end) 사이에서 연장 형성된 방사형 만곡부(fillet)를 확대하여 도시한 일부 확대도.
제4도는 본 발명의 바람직한 만곡부를 종래 기술의 만곡부와 비교하여 도시한 일부 확대도.

Claims (13)

  1. 철도차량의 중앙몸체부(center sill)내에 위치된 요크(yoke)로 삽입되고, 머리부와 하단부 및, 상기 머리부와 하단부 사이에 형성된 자루부를 갖춘 회전식 연결부재를 포함한 회전식 연결장치에 있어서, 적어도 상기 연결부재의 자루부와 하단부 사이에서 연장되는 변이표면(transition surface)을 갖추고, 상기 변이표면이 상기 하단부로부터 거리가 멀어질수록 반경이 변화되어 증가되는 합성 만곡부(compound fillet)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 회전식 연결장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합성 만곡부는 연결부재의 자루부에 형성된 상부벽 아래로 오목하게 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 회전식 연결장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합성 만곡부는 연결부재의 하단부에 형성된 외표면내에 오목하게 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 회전식 연결장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합성 만곡부는 포물선 구배를 갖춤을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 회전식 연결장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합성 만곡부는 현수선(catenary)형의 구배를 갖춤을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 회전식 연결장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합성 만곡부는 타원(elliptic)형의 구배를 갖춤을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 회전식 연결장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 하나의 상기 변이 표면이 연결부재의 자루부에 형성된 상부벽과 하단부에 형성된 상부 돌출부 사이에서 연장되고, 다른 하나의 상기 변이표면이 연결부재의 자루부에 형성된 하부벽과, 하단부에 형성된 하부 돌출부 사이에서 연장되며, 상기 연결부재의 하단부에 형성된 상, 하부 돌출부는 상기 요크(yoke)의 포켓수용부에 형성된 표면과 각각 일치하는 구형 표면을 갖춤을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 회전식 연결장치.
  8. 머리부, 하단부 및, 상기 머리부와 하단부 사이에 형성된 자루부를 갖춘 철도차량용 회전식 연결부재에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 변이 만곡부(transition fillet)가 상기 연결부재의 하단부와 상기 자루부 사이에 위치되고, 상기 변이 만곡부가 상기 하단부로부터 거리가 멀어질수록 증가하는 반경을 갖춤을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 회전식 연결부재.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 하나의 변이 만곡부가 하단부의 구형 돌출부의 상부면과 자루부의 상부벽 사이에 형성되고, 다른 하나의 만곡부가 하단부의 구형 돌출부의 하부면과 자루부의 하부벽 사이에 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 회전식 연결부재.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 만곡부는 상기 하단부의 구형 돌출부의 상, 하부면과, 상기 자루부의 상, 하부벽을 오목하게 절삭함으로서 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 회전식 연결부재.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 만곡부는 포물선 구배를 갖춤을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 회전식 연결부재.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 만곡부는 현수선(catenary)형의 구배를 갖춤을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 회전식 연결부재.
  13. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 만곡부는 타원(elliptic)형의 구배를 갖춤을 특징으로 하는 철도차량용 회전식 연결부재.
