제3도는 제2실시예의 평가 시험에 쓰인 매체의 구조를 도시하는 단면 도면.

Claims (4)

  1. 기록 매체에 설치된 수직 자화막에 데이타를 기록하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 기록 매체에 기록광과 기록 자계를 동시에 인가하므로서 상기 수직 자화막중에 상기 데이타의 기록으로서 배블 자구를 형성하는 기록 과정과, 상기 기록 과정후, 상기 수직 자화막의 막면에 수직방향으로 수정 자계를 인가하는 수정 과정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록 방법.
  2. 기록 매체에 설치된 수직 자화막에 데이타를 기록하는 장치에 있어서, 상기 기록 매체를 이동시키는 이동 수단과, 상기 기록매체의 이동 경로중의 소정 위치에 배치되며 상기 기록매체에 기록광과 기록 자계를 인가해서 상기 수직 자화막중에 상기 데이타의 기록으로서 배블 자구를 형성하는 기록 수단과, 상기 이동경로를 따라서 상기 기록 수단의 하류에 배치되며, 상기 수직 자화막에 그 막면과는 수직방향의 수정 자계를 인가하는 수정 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록 장치.
  3. 기록 매체에 설치된 수직 자화막중의 배블 자구로서 기록되어 있는 데이타를 재생하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 수직 자화막의 막면에 수직 방향으로 수정 자계를 인가하는 수정 과정과, 상기 수정 과정후, 상기 기록 매체에 재생광과 재생 자계를 동시에 인가하므로서 광자기 효과를 이용해서 상기 데이타를 읽어내는 과정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 재생 방법.
  4. 기록 매체에 설치된 수직 자화막중의 배블 자구로서 기록되어 있는 데이타를 재생하는 장치에 있어서, 상기 기록매체를 이동시키는 이동 수단과, 상기 기록 매체의 이동 경로의 소정 위치에 배치되며, 상기 수직 자화막에 재생광과 재생 자계를 인가하고, 상기 데이타를 광자기 효과를 이용해서 읽어내는 재생수단과, 상기 이동 경로를 따른 상기 재생수단의 상류에 배치되며, 상기 수직 자화막에 그 막연과 수직 방향의 수정 자계를 인가하는 수정수단을 갖는 특징으로 하는 광자기 재생 장치.
