Claims (4)

  1. Pr3+을 활성물질로서 첨가한 광기능성유리를 가지고 구성되고, 파장 1.65μm 대의 신호광을 전파하는 광전송로와, 여기광을 발생하는 여기광원과, 상기 여기광원으로 부터의 상기 여기광을 상기 광전송로내로 입사시키는 광학수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 광증폭 장치.
  2. Pr3+을 활성물질로서 첨가한 광기능성유리를 가지고 구성되고, 파장 1.65μm 대의 광을 전파하는 광전송로와, 여기광을 발생하는 여기광원과, 상기 여기광원으로부터의 상기 여기광을 광전송로내에 입사시키는 광학수단과, 상기 광전송로내로부터의 파장 1.65μm 대의 광을 이 광전송로에 피이드백하는 광공지뇨기를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 광발진장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 여기광원의 파장으로서, 1.4μm 대, 1.0μm 대, 0.5μm 대를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광증폭장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 여기광원을 파장으로서, 1.4μm 대, 1.0μm 대, 0.5μm 대를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광발진장치.
