Claims (4)
- Pr3+을 활성물질로서 첨가한 광기능성유리를 가지고 구성되고, 파장 1.65μm 대의 신호광을 전파하는 광전송로와, 여기광을 발생하는 여기광원과, 상기 여기광원으로 부터의 상기 여기광을 상기 광전송로내로 입사시키는 광학수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 광증폭 장치.
- Pr3+을 활성물질로서 첨가한 광기능성유리를 가지고 구성되고, 파장 1.65μm 대의 광을 전파하는 광전송로와, 여기광을 발생하는 여기광원과, 상기 여기광원으로부터의 상기 여기광을 광전송로내에 입사시키는 광학수단과, 상기 광전송로내로부터의 파장 1.65μm 대의 광을 이 광전송로에 피이드백하는 광공지뇨기를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 광발진장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 여기광원의 파장으로서, 1.4μm 대, 1.0μm 대, 0.5μm 대를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광증폭장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 여기광원을 파장으로서, 1.4μm 대, 1.0μm 대, 0.5μm 대를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광발진장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
