Claims (12)

  1. 하기 일반식(I)의 피리딘카복실산 아미드 화합물 또는 생리학적으로 허용 가능한 이의 산 부가염.
    상기 식에서, R1은 수소, C1-3알킬 또는 디페닐메틸이며 ; Y는 -NH(CH2)n-R2이고 ; R2는 OH또는 -ONO2이며 ; m은 2 또는 3이고 ; n은 9 내지 13이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 메틸, 에틸, n-프로필 또는 이소-프로필이며 ; Y는-NH(CH2)n-OH이고 ; n은 9 내지 12 이며, m이 2인 화합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 디페닐메틸 ; Y는 -NH(CH2)n-OH이고 ;n은 9 내지 12 이며 ; n이 2인 화합물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 메틸, 에틸, n-프로필 또는 이소-프로필이며 ; Y는-NH(CH2)n-ONO2이고 ; n은 9 내지 12이며 ; m이 2인 화합물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 디페닐메틸이며 ; Y는 -NH(CH2)n-ONO2이고 ; n은 9 내지 12 이며, m이 2인 화합물.
  6. 제1항에 따른 화합물 또는 생리학적으로 허용가능한 이의 산부가염의 치료 유효량 및 약제학적으로 허용가능한 담체를 함유함을 특징으로 하며 혈류량 증가 작용 및 저혈압 작용을 갖는 약제학적 조성물.
  7. 제2항에 따른 화합물 또는 생리학적으로 허용가능한 이의 산부가염의 치료 유효량 및 약제학적으로 허용가능한 담체를 함유함을 특징으로 하며 혈류량 증가 작용 및 저혈압 작용을 갖는 약제학적 조성물.
  8. 제3항에 따른 화합물 또는 생리학적으로 허용가능한 이의 산부가염의 치료 유효량 및 약제학적으로 허용가능한 담체를 함유함을 특징으로 하며 혈류량 증가 작용 및 저혈압 작용을 갖는 약제학적 조성물.
  9. 제4항에 따른 화합물 또는 생리학적으로 허용가능한 이의 산부가염의 치료 유효량 및 약제학적으로 허용가능한 담체를 함유함을 특징으로 하며 혈류량 증가 작용 및 저혈압 작용을 갖는 약제학적 조성물.
  10. 제5항에 따른 화합물 또는 생리학적으로 허용가능한 이의 산부가염의 치료 유효량 및 약제학적으로 허용가능한 담체를 함유함을 특징으로 하며 혈류량 증가 작용 및 저혈압 작용을 갖는 약제학적 조성물.
  11. 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 아미노 화합물과 반응시키고 : 임의로는, 생성된 반응 생성물(여기서, R2는 OH이다)을 질산으로 에스테르화 시켜 하기 일반식(I)의 호합물을 수득하거나 : 또는 필요한 경우, 이렇게 수득한 일반식(I)의 화합물을 생리학적으로 허용가능한 산부가염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(I)의 화합물 또는 생리학적으로 허용가능한 이의 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.
    상기 식에서, R1,R2,Y,m 및 n은 제1항에서 정의난 바와 동일하고 ; R3은 수소 또는 C1-6알킬이다.
  12. 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 일반식NH2(CH2)nOH(여기서, n은 제2항에서 정의한 바와 동일하다)의 화합물과 반응시켜 하기 일반식(Ⅳ')의 화합물을 수득하고, 추가로, 일반식(Ⅳ')의 화합물을 산-결합제의 존재하에서 하기 일반식(Ⅳ")의 화합물과 축합시켜 Y가 -NH(CH2)n-ONO2인 일반식(I)의 화합물을 수득하거나;이 일반식(I)의 화합물을 에스테르화시켜 Y가 -NH(CH2)n-OH인 일반식(I)의 화합물을 수득하거나 ; 또는 필요한 경우, 이렇게 하여 수득된 화합물을 생리학적으로 허용가능한 이의 산부가염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(I)의 화합물 또는 생리학적으로 허용 가능한 이의 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.
    상기 식에서, X는 할로겐이며, R1,Y,m 및 n은 제1항에서 정의한 바와 동일하다.
