Claims (5)

  1. 철로 만들어진 심부와 구리 또는 구리 합금으로 만들어진 외부 구조물이 심부를 둘러싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 및 유도 압연 롤러인 제선 설비의 내부 냉각 롤러.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 외부 구조물의 최소한 한 모서리가 심부와 결합된 외부 구조물을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 제선 설비의 내부 냉각 롤러.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 외부 구조물의 모서리와 심부가 용접에 의하여 접합됨을 특징으로 하는 제선 설비의 내부 냉각 롤러.
  4. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 내부 냉각이 최소한 하나 이상의 냉각 부속부를 갖는 냉각제 채널로 이루어지며 또한 냉각체 채널의 심부의 외부에 홈으로 되어 외부 구조물의 내부 표면에 의해 경계지워짐을 특징으로 하는 제선 설비의 내부 냉각 롤러.
  5. 제1항으로부터 제4항에 있어서, 냉각제 채널을 냉각 부속부와 결합되어 있으며, 또한 심부의 종축 방향으로 나선 배열되어 있고, 심부에는 적당한 크기의 버팀축이 만들어져 있음을 특징으로 하는 제선 설비의 내부 냉각 롤러.
