Claims (8)
- 각각 중앙구멍을 갖고 있는 여과재의 박판형태인 다수의 여재를 적층시킴으로써 형성된 대체로 원통형인 필터본체로 구성되어 있고, 상기 중앙구멍은 상기 여재가 적층될 때 상기 필터본체를 통하여 축방향으로 연장되는 연속도관을 제공하며, 상기 필터본체는 밀도가 여과될 유체를 위한 입구로서 작용하는 외주영역에서 가장 낮고 여과될 유체를 위한 출구로서 작용하는 상기 도관쪽으로 갈수록 점진적으로 높아지는 밀도분포를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 심층여과형 필터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 필터본체는 축방향에서 상기 여재를 적층시킴으로써 형성되고, 누름판은 상기 필터본체의 양단부에 각각 설치되어 소정의 압력으로 상기 양단부에 대해 가압되고, 상기 누름판의 적어도 하나는 상기 도관쪽으로 돌출한 형태를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 심층여과형 필터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 필터본체의 중앙영역에서 중첩된 상기 여재의 반경방향 중앙부는 가장 높은 밀도를 갖고 밀도가 상기 필터본체의 외주영역에 중첩된 상기 여재의 외주부쪽으로 갈수록 점진적으로 낮아지도록 상기 필터본체는 상기 여재를 적층시켜서 형성되고, 상기 도관은 상기 필터본체의 상기 중앙영역을 통해서 축방향으로 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 심층여과형 필터.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 누름판의 적어도 하나는 절두 원추형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 심층여과형 필터.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 누름판의 적어도 하나는 단계적으로 경사진 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 심층여과형 필터.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 누름판의 적어도 하나는 각뿔 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 심층여과형 필터.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 여재는 각각 장방형판 형상의 여과재이고, 상기 필터본체의 중앙영역에서 상기 여재 상호간에 소정의 각도를 형성하도록 적층된 것을 특징으로 하는 심층여과형 필터.
