Claims (1)

  1. 두매의 기판과, X-Y매트릭스상으로 배열되는 음극과 양극, 화소간의 크로스 토오크를 방지하는 격벽을 갖춘 플라즈마 표시소자에 있어서, 상기 음극과 양극이 상기 배면판의 상면에 그 표면이 노출되도록 형성되고, 이들의 교차부에는 이들간의 전기적 접속을 방지하는 절연층이 형성되도록 하여 된 것을 그 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 표시소자.
