Claims (3)

  1. 콤프레셔에 연결된 1차 압력실과, 공압실린더의 포트에 연결된 2차 압력실과, 외부 대기에 연결된 배기실을 가지며, 상기 2차 압력실은 상기 1차 압력실 및 배기실에 절환밸브에 의하여 연결 또는 차단, 및 다수의 압력제어를 가능하게 하는 하이릴리프형 감압밸브에 있어서, 상기 공압실린더에 대한 흡입통로 및 배기통로중 한쪽 방향으로 병렬 배치된 2웨이포트 밸브와 유량 조정밸브에 의하여 공압실린더의 속도를 공기압에 의한 제어로부터 유량에 의한 제어로 변환가능하게 하는 것을 특징ㅇ로 하는 공압 실린더의 속도제어방법.
  2. 메인통로를 거쳐 콤프레셔와 연결되는 동시에 공압실린더의 흡입포트와도 연결되는 공압제어밸브의 내부의 절환밸브체를 상기 메인통로로부터 갈라지는 파일로트 통로에 의하여 공급되는 공기압력을 구동원으로하여 절환제어함으로써, 공압제어밸브와 공압실린더 사이의 연결상태를 정환하고, 공압실린더의 구동제어를 실행하는 공압실린더 제어장치에 있어서, 파일로트 통로중에 어큐물레이터를 장치하는 동시에, 어큐물레이터와 메인통로 사이에, 파일로트 통로측으로부터 메인통로측으로부터 역류를 저지하는 체크밸브가 장치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공압실린더 제어장치.
